幾種相變材料熔化焓的研究

【摘要】:相變材料(phase change material,PCM)是指在一定的溫度范圍內(nèi)可以改變物理狀態(tài)的功能材料,在不同的相之間變化的過程中相變材料會(huì)吸收和釋放大量的潛熱,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)儲(chǔ)熱、放熱功能,具有清潔環(huán)保、可實(shí)現(xiàn)能量的儲(chǔ)存和重復(fù)利用的良好特性。本論文簡述了相變材料國內(nèi)外的研究進(jìn)展和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、相變材料的分類以及在各領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用情況。重點(diǎn)研究了烷烴類(碳數(shù)13-36)、醇類(碳數(shù)13-18)、羧酸類(碳數(shù)10-20)、醚類(碳數(shù)24-36)有機(jī)相變材料的熔點(diǎn)和熔化焓變化規(guī)律。運(yùn)用基團(tuán)貢獻(xiàn)法計(jì)算了煙酸、異煙酸、間氨基苯甲酸、對(duì)硝基甲苯、對(duì)羥基苯甲酸的熔化焓值,通過DSC實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試了上述幾種物質(zhì)的熔點(diǎn)和熔化焓值,并且將計(jì)算值、實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量值、文獻(xiàn)中參考值進(jìn)行了比較和誤差分析。文章還單獨(dú)研究了異煙酸的熔化焓值,DSC測(cè)試結(jié)果表明異煙酸熔點(diǎn)溫度為288.9 oC,此時(shí)放出的熱量為1040 J/g,該值與文獻(xiàn)中提供的異煙酸熔化焓值135 KJ/mol(1097.5 J/g)存在誤差5.24%。TG測(cè)試結(jié)果表明異煙酸277.4 oC時(shí)已經(jīng)完全分解;而熱裂解測(cè)試結(jié)果表明異煙酸在600 oC時(shí)并未裂解。因此,文獻(xiàn)中提供的參考值只是異煙酸的升華焓值。文章最后調(diào)研了一部分中高溫相變材料,例舉了少數(shù)中溫相變材料的熔點(diǎn)和熔化焓值。重點(diǎn)介紹了幾類高溫相變材料,并且列出了碳酸鹽、氯化鹽、硝酸鹽、氟化鹽等高溫相變材料的熔點(diǎn)和熔化焓值。
[Abstract]:Phase change material (PCM) is a functional material that can change the physical state within a certain temperature range. In the process of changing the phase change between phases, the phase change material will absorb and release a large amount of latent heat, thus realizing the heat storage and exothermic functions. With clean and environmental protection, can achieve energy storage and reuse of good characteristics. In this paper, the research progress and development trend of phase change materials at home and abroad, the classification of phase change materials and their applications in various fields are briefly described. The changes of melting point and melting enthalpy of organic phase change materials of alkanes (carbon number 13-36), alcohols (carbon number 13-18), carboxylic acids (carbon number 10-20), ether (carbon number 24-36) were studied. The melting enthalpy values of nicotinic acid, isonicotinic acid, m-aminobenzoic acid, p-nitrotoluene and p-hydroxybenzoic acid were calculated by group contribution method. The melting point and melting enthalpy of the above mentioned substances were measured by DSC experiment, and the calculated values were calculated. The experimental measurements and the reference values in the literature are compared and the errors are analyzed. The melting enthalpy of isonicotinic acid was studied separately. The results showed that the melting point temperature of isonicotinic acid was 288.9 OC, and the heat released was 1040 J / g. There was an error 5.24%.TG test result between this value and the melting enthalpy value of isonicotinic acid provided in the literature (135 KJ/mol(1097.5 J / g). The results showed that isonicotinic acid was completely decomposed at 277.4 OC. The pyrolysis test showed that isonicotinic acid did not cleavage at 600oC. Therefore, the reference values provided in the literature are only the sublimation enthalpy of isonicotinic acid. At the end of this paper, the melting point and melting enthalpy of a few medium temperature phase change materials are discussed. Several kinds of high temperature phase change materials are introduced, and the melting point and melting enthalpy of carbonate, chloride, nitrate, fluoride and other high temperature phase change materials are listed.
