白炭黑的功能化改性及其改性橡膠基復(fù)合材料的制備與表征

【摘要】:利用沉淀法白炭黑生產(chǎn)工藝,在相同的條件下,選用不同質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的羥基羧酸酯作為改性劑進(jìn)行濕法改性,研究了白炭黑/天然橡膠(NR)復(fù)合橡膠的力學(xué)性能、動(dòng)態(tài)性能以及動(dòng)態(tài)生熱性能。結(jié)果表明:制備的白炭黑均為非晶態(tài)白炭黑,采用質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為6%的羥基羧酸酯改性的白炭黑,其分散性好,顆粒分布均勻,呈近球狀,經(jīng)羥基羧酸酯改性后的白炭黑有效的去除了部分親水基團(tuán),改善了其在NR中的分散性。隨著白炭黑用量的增加,分散性變差,損耗因子和動(dòng)態(tài)溫升均有所提高,Payne效應(yīng)增大。當(dāng)白炭黑用量達(dá)到臨界值(白炭黑與NR質(zhì)量比為40∶100)時(shí),白炭黑/NR復(fù)合材料表現(xiàn)出較好的性能,改性白炭黑/NR復(fù)合材料比未改性白炭黑/NR復(fù)合材料的硬度、拉伸強(qiáng)度、斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率有所提高,而磨耗體積和動(dòng)態(tài)生熱則有所下降。動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,改性白炭黑與天然橡膠的質(zhì)量比為40∶100時(shí),改性白炭黑/NR復(fù)合材料的60℃滾動(dòng)阻力損耗因子由0.123降到0.104。SEM結(jié)果表明,改性白炭黑在橡膠基體中的分散性?xún)?yōu)于未改性白炭黑,與NR基體界面結(jié)合的更加緊密。
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties of silica / natural rubber (NR) composite rubber were studied by wet modification of hydroxyl carboxylate with different mass fraction under the same conditions. Dynamic performance and dynamic heat generation performance. The results show that the silica prepared is amorphous silica. The silica modified by 6% hydroxyl carboxylic acid ester has good dispersion, uniform particle distribution and near spherical shape. The silica modified by hydroxyl carboxylate effectively removed some hydrophilic groups and improved its dispersity in NR. With the increase of the amount of silica, the dispersion becomes worse, the loss factor and dynamic temperature rise increase, and the Payne effect increases. When the amount of silica reached the critical value (the mass ratio of silica to NR is 40: 100), the ratio of silica to NR is 40: 100, and the modified silica / NR composite shows better properties than the unmodified silica / NR composite, and the hardness and tensile strength of the modified silica / NR composite is higher than that of the unmodified silica / NR composite. The elongation at break increases, while the wear volume and dynamic heat generation decrease. The dynamic mechanical properties test results show that when the mass ratio of modified silica to natural rubber is 40: 100, the rolling resistance loss factor of modified silica / NR composite decreases from 0.123 to 0.104.SEM. The dispersion of modified silica in rubber matrix is better than that of unmodified silica, and the interface between modified silica and NR matrix is closer.
