熱壓與真空輔助聯(lián)合工藝制備非織造布復(fù)合材料及其性能研究

【摘要】:基于管狀紡織復(fù)合材料在翻襯過程中要求承受復(fù)雜的應(yīng)力與應(yīng)變,對非織造布復(fù)合材料的研制工藝和性能進(jìn)行了探討。以壓強(qiáng)、溫度和時(shí)間3因子正交試驗(yàn)研究了熱壓復(fù)合工藝,探索了樹脂配比和固化時(shí)間對真空輔助成型(VARI)工藝的影響,最后采用熱壓復(fù)合和VARI聯(lián)合工藝制備了非織造布復(fù)合材料并對其進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:熱壓成型工藝的最佳工藝為壓強(qiáng)5 MPa、溫度為140℃、時(shí)間為90s;樹脂、固化劑和稀釋劑的質(zhì)量比為100∶80∶20;非織造布復(fù)合材料的斷裂應(yīng)力達(dá)到了21 MPa以上,即表明非織造布復(fù)合材料研制工藝設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。
[Abstract]:Based on the complex stress and strain of tubular textile composites in the process of lining turning, the development process and properties of nonwovens composites are discussed in this paper. Based on the orthogonal test of pressure, temperature and time, the hot pressing process was studied, and the effects of resin ratio and curing time on the vacuum assisted molding (VARI) process were explored. Finally, nonwoven composites were prepared and characterized by hot pressing and VARI. The results show that the optimum process of hot pressing is pressure 5 MPA, temperature 140 鈩,
