不同固化劑及稀釋劑對(duì)環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂基體及碳纖維復(fù)合材料性能影響

【摘要】:碳纖維復(fù)合材料具有很多方面的優(yōu)異性能,它的應(yīng)用非常廣泛,在航空航天、汽車(chē)零部件、體育器材上都得到很好的應(yīng)用,因此,制備好的性能的復(fù)合材料變得非常重要。要想得到優(yōu)異的復(fù)合材料,樹(shù)脂的選擇是非常重要的。本實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了幾種不同固化劑及稀釋劑對(duì)樹(shù)脂基體及日本東麗高強(qiáng)度和高模量碳纖維復(fù)材的性能影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)中首先選用了三種不同結(jié)構(gòu)的胺類(lèi)固化劑,三種固化劑分別是DDM. DMDC、D-230,三種固化劑的剛性不同,DDM為芳香胺類(lèi)固化劑,DMDC為脂環(huán)類(lèi)固化劑,D-230為聚醚胺類(lèi),是柔性鏈類(lèi)的固化劑。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了E44/DDM、 E44/DMDC、 E44/D-230三種體系的樹(shù)脂澆注體的力學(xué)性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,三種體系,E44/D-230體系所得的強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率不是最大,但所測(cè)得的模量是最高的。所制得的T700和M40碳纖維復(fù)絲的拉伸強(qiáng)度也是最高的。實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)一步在E44/D-230體系中加入了三種不同類(lèi)型不同配比的稀釋劑AGE、 PGE、632,加入稀釋劑后體系的拉伸模量都有一定程度的提高,并且隨著稀釋劑含量的增加,樹(shù)脂基體呈現(xiàn)模量先升高后降低的趨勢(shì),E44/D-230/AGE體系,在AGE含量為4%時(shí)樹(shù)脂基體的模量達(dá)到最大,E44/D-230/PGE體系,在PGE含量為6%時(shí)樹(shù)脂基體的模量達(dá)到最大,E44/D-230/632體系,在632含量為6%時(shí)樹(shù)脂基體的模量達(dá)到最大,樹(shù)脂基體模量達(dá)到最大時(shí),T700和M40碳纖維復(fù)絲的拉伸強(qiáng)度也最大。實(shí)驗(yàn)也進(jìn)一步研究了不同體系的界面粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度,三種不同固化體系,D-230/E44體系的界面粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度比較高,加入稀釋劑的體系,基體對(duì)碳纖維的浸潤(rùn)性變好,粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度也有提高。
[Abstract]:Carbon fiber composites (CFRP) have many excellent properties. They are widely used in aerospace, automobile parts and sports equipment. Therefore, it is very important to prepare the composites with good properties. In order to obtain excellent composite materials, the choice of resin is very important. The effects of different curing agents and diluents on the properties of resin matrix and high strength and high modulus carbon fiber composites of Toray Japan were studied. In the experiment, three kinds of amine curing agents with different structures were selected, and the three curing agents were DDM respectively. The rigidity of the three curing agents is different. DDM is an aromatic amine curing agent. DMDC is an aliphatic ring curing agent and D-230 is a polyether amine. It is a kind of curing agent of flexible chain. The mechanical properties of resin castable of E44 / DDM, E44 / DMDCand E44/D-230 were studied experimentally. The experimental results show that the strength and elongation of E44 / D-230 system are not the largest, but the modulus measured is the highest. The tensile strength of T 700 and M 40 carbon fiber is also the highest. In the experiment, three kinds of diluents ages and PGE632 were added to the E44/D-230 system. The tensile modulus of the system increased to a certain extent after the addition of diluent, and with the increase of diluent content, The resin matrix showed a trend of increasing modulus first and then decreasing it. When the content of AGE was 4, the modulus of resin matrix reached the maximum E44 / D-230 / PGE system. When the content of PGE was 6, the modulus of resin matrix reached the maximum value of E44D-230 / 632 system. When the content of 632 is 632, the modulus of the resin matrix reaches the maximum, and the tensile strength of the T700 and M40 carbon fiber composite fibers reaches the maximum when the modulus of the resin matrix reaches the maximum. The interfacial bond strength of different systems was also studied. The interfacial bond strength of three different curing systems was higher than that of D-230 / E44 system. When diluent was added, the wettability of carbon fiber was improved and the bond strength was also improved.
