凝膠注模法制備復(fù)雜形狀鎢銅復(fù)合材料

【摘要】:利用非水基體系凝膠注模法制備了復(fù)雜形狀鎢銅復(fù)合材料坯體。研究了分散劑含量以及固相含量對(duì)鎢銅漿料黏度的影響,繪制了坯體的室溫干燥曲線并制訂了干燥制度,同時(shí)對(duì)坯體微觀形貌、抗彎強(qiáng)度等進(jìn)行了表征和測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明:分散劑添加量為0.15%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),基于金屬粉末質(zhì)量)時(shí)漿料黏度達(dá)到最低,在此基礎(chǔ)上漿料的固相含量可達(dá)到45%(體積分?jǐn)?shù)),滿足凝膠注模的要求;坯體先在室溫下干燥10h后放入100℃的恒溫干燥箱中干燥8h,可得到表面無變形、無開裂的鎢銅坯體;隨著固相含量的增大,坯體致密性和均勻性均隨之提高;坯體表面質(zhì)量較好,抗彎強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到26.9 MPa。
[Abstract]:The complex shape tungsten-copper composite billets were prepared by non-aqueous system gel injection. The effects of dispersant content and solid content on the viscosity of tungsten copper paste were studied. The drying curve at room temperature was drawn and the drying system was worked out. Meanwhile, the microstructure and bending strength of the billet were characterized and tested. The results showed that the viscosity of the slurry reached the lowest when the amount of dispersant was 0.15 (mass fraction, based on the mass of metal powder), and the solid content of the slurry could reach 45% (volume fraction), which met the requirement of gel injection.
