石墨烯增強(qiáng)尼龍復(fù)合材料3D打印工藝研究

【摘要】:研究的是石墨烯增強(qiáng)尼龍復(fù)合材料(Graphene-PA6)如何合理應(yīng)用于熔融沉積制造(FDM)3D打印技術(shù)。通過(guò)熔融共混法制備了該復(fù)合材料,并設(shè)計(jì)了正交實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)該材料的FDM工藝進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究,得出以下結(jié)論:基于Graphene-PA6材料,當(dāng)設(shè)置FDM工藝參數(shù)噴嘴溫度245℃,底板溫度60~70℃,打印速度27 mm/s,噴嘴直徑0.4 mm,層厚0.20 mm時(shí),該復(fù)合材料的FDM工藝效果最好。對(duì)于制品力學(xué)性能結(jié)果值的影響程度由大到小分別是石墨烯含量、噴嘴溫度、打印速度和底板溫度。當(dāng)石墨烯質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.05%時(shí),用上述FDM工藝參數(shù)所打印出的成型件力學(xué)性能最佳。
[Abstract]:This paper studies how to apply the graphene reinforced nylon (Graphene-PA6) to fabricate FDM / 3D printing technology.
