石墨的添加對NiCr-W-Ti自潤滑復(fù)合材料高溫摩擦學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:本文以Ni20Cr合金為基體添加稀有金屬Ti、W粉末及石墨后,充分混合,采用機械合金化及熱壓燒結(jié)工藝制備了NiCr金屬基復(fù)合材料,研究了石墨含量對NiCr金屬基復(fù)合材料的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和摩擦學(xué)性能的影響。在UMT-3高溫摩擦試驗機上進行了該復(fù)合材料同Al_2O_3陶瓷球的滑動摩擦磨損實驗,利用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)對復(fù)合材料及其摩擦測試后的形貌與結(jié)構(gòu)進行觀察分析,結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)所添加石墨的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為3wt.%時,復(fù)合材料具有相對較好的力學(xué)性能和摩擦學(xué)性能;當(dāng)測試溫度低于300℃時,摩擦表面未形成有效的摩擦膜,故磨損率較高;當(dāng)溫度高于500℃時,摩擦層中含有摩擦氧化物,摩擦表面被光滑氧化物所組成的潤滑膜覆蓋,對磨面具有很好的保護作用,因而磨損率降低。
[Abstract]:In this paper, NiCr metal matrix composites were prepared by mechanical alloying and hot pressing sintering by adding rare metal TiW powder and graphite into Ni20Cr alloy. The effect of graphite content on the microstructure and tribological properties of NiCr metal matrix composites was studied. The sliding friction and wear experiments of the composite with Al_2O_3 ceramic ball were carried out on UMT-3 high temperature friction tester. The morphology and structure of the composite and its tribological test were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The results show that the composites have relatively good mechanical and tribological properties when the mass fraction of graphite is 3 wt.%, and when the test temperature is below 300 鈩,
