燒成工藝對(duì)堇青石-莫來石窯具材料性能的影響

【摘要】:以堇青石、莫來石、高嶺土和氧化鋁微粉為原料制備堇青石-莫來石窯具材料,研究了燒成溫度、保溫時(shí)間對(duì)堇青石-莫來石窯具材料的常溫性能、高溫抗折強(qiáng)度和抗熱震性的影響。并通過XRD分析了試樣燒成后的物相變化,通過SEM觀察了試樣的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:隨燒成溫度從1340℃提高到1400℃,試樣的線膨脹率增加,顯氣孔率增加,常溫抗折、常溫耐壓強(qiáng)度和高溫抗折強(qiáng)度增大,但1370℃燒成后的試樣的抗熱震性最好;對(duì)1370℃燒成的試樣,隨保溫時(shí)間從3 h延長(zhǎng)到5 h,試樣的常溫性能、高溫抗折強(qiáng)度及抗熱震性都有所降低。綜合分析,在1370℃下保溫3 h燒成的試樣性能較為優(yōu)良。
