耐磨損滑石填充PTFE復(fù)合材料的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:以滑石粉為填料制備滑石粉/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)復(fù)合材料,研究了滑石粉用量對復(fù)合材料密度、硬度、摩擦磨損及熱力學(xué)性能影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)滑石粉質(zhì)量分數(shù)從0%增加到20%時,復(fù)合材料的硬度、密度逐漸增加;滑石粉能顯著增加復(fù)合材料耐磨性能。當(dāng)滑石粉質(zhì)量分數(shù)為20%時,復(fù)合材料磨耗量僅相當(dāng)于純PTFE的1/2 000(磨損條件為200 N,2 h,200 r/min);復(fù)合材料的結(jié)晶度隨滑石粉填充量的增加先下降后升高,當(dāng)滑石粉質(zhì)量分數(shù)為20%時,復(fù)合材料的結(jié)晶度為三者中最高,比純PTFE提高了17%。
[Abstract]:Talc / PTFE composites were prepared with talc powder as filler. The effects of talc content on density, hardness, friction and wear and thermodynamic properties of the composites were studied. The results showed that when the mass fraction of talc powder increased from 0% to 20%, the hardness and density of the composites increased gradually, and the wear resistance of the composites increased significantly. When the mass fraction of talc powder is 20, the wear capacity of the composite is only 1 / 2 000 of that of pure PTFE (the wear condition is 200NU 2 h ~ 2 h ~ 200 r / min). The crystallinity of the composite decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of talc content, and when the mass fraction of talc powder is 20%, the crystallinity of the composite decreases first and then increases with the increase of the talc content. The crystallinity of the composite is the highest of the three, which is 17% higher than that of pure PTFE.
