【摘要】：縫合技術(shù)能有效改善復(fù)合材料層間強(qiáng)度、提高損傷容限,通過縫合連接可以制備整體成型結(jié)構(gòu)件�；诠I(yè)縫紉機(jī)工作原理,通過研究引線針、鉤線針在形成線圈過程中的配合,建立了雙針運(yùn)動(dòng)行程關(guān)系,并設(shè)計(jì)了凸輪曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)雙針協(xié)同運(yùn)動(dòng),將單面雙針縫合頭與三軸聯(lián)動(dòng)平臺(tái)結(jié)合縫合預(yù)制件。探索雙針夾角對(duì)線圈成型的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示雙針夾角為45°~60°時(shí)穩(wěn)定形成線圈概率最高,達(dá)到90%,夾角過大或過小都會(huì)使線圈形成概率降低,實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了單面雙針縫合裝備結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,為裝備優(yōu)化提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Suture technique can effectively improve the interlaminar strength and damage tolerance of composite materials. Based on the working principle of industrial sewing machine, by studying the cooperation of lead needle and hook needle in the process of forming coil, the travel relation of double needle motion is established, and the cam crank linkage mechanism is designed to realize the cooperative movement of double needle. One-sided double-needle suture head and three-axis linkage platform are combined to stitch the prefabricated parts. The effect of double needle angle on coil forming is explored. The experimental results show that the probability of stable forming coil is the highest when the angle of double needle is 45 擄or 60 擄, and the probability of coil forming will be reduced when the angle is too large or too small, and the probability of forming coils is the highest when the angle of double needle is 45 擄or 60 擄. The experiment verifies the rationality of the structure design of single-side double-needle suture equipment and provides the theoretical basis for equipment optimization.
