【摘要】:研究了熱成型工藝對(duì)鎳包鐵粉填充橡膠電磁屏蔽性能及隔聲性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:硫化時(shí)間隨硫化溫度的升高而降低,硫化時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)及硫化溫度過(guò)高對(duì)材料的電導(dǎo)率及電磁屏蔽性能均有不利影響。當(dāng)硫化溫度為150℃時(shí),材料的電磁屏蔽性能最佳。硫化壓力提高,材料的密度會(huì)得到提升,材料的隔聲量相應(yīng)得到提高。當(dāng)硫化壓力為40 MPa時(shí),材料隔聲量最高,達(dá)到34.9 d B。
[Abstract]:The effect of hot forming process on electromagnetic shielding and sound insulation of nickel-coated iron powder filled rubber was studied. The results showed that the vulcanization time decreased with the increase of the curing temperature, and the excessive curing time and the high vulcanization temperature had adverse effects on the conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties of the materials.
