中間層碳纖維方向的微波無損檢測實驗研究

【摘要】:在研究多層媒介中的微波信號傳播與反射機理的基礎(chǔ)上,利用微波網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀對3層復(fù)合材料中間層的纖維方向進行了檢測研究。首先,根據(jù)N5225A網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀記錄的反射系數(shù)相位計算出反射系數(shù)相位差;然后,建立反射系數(shù)相位差與表示中間層纖維方向的β建立對應(yīng)關(guān)系;最后,利用反射系數(shù)相位差表征纖維方向的變化。實驗結(jié)果表明,矩形波導(dǎo)相對于復(fù)合材料纖維方向的角度(α)會對檢測結(jié)果有一定的影響,反射系數(shù)相位差隨工作頻率的變化規(guī)律不同,并且對中間層的纖維方向的變化敏感范圍也不同,波導(dǎo)口長邊平行于第一層的纖維時,即α為0°時,對β為15~45°較敏感,波導(dǎo)口長邊垂直于第一層的纖維時,即α為90°時,對β為45~75°較敏感;復(fù)合材料末端加一反射板可以增強檢測效果,檢測工作頻率為33GHz,中間層纖維方向變化30°時,有反射板的反射系數(shù)相位差變化10°,而沒有反射板的變化5°。
[Abstract]:On the basis of studying the mechanism of microwave signal propagation and reflection in multilayer media, the fiber direction of the interlayer of three layers of composite materials was detected by microwave network analyzer. First, the phase difference of reflection coefficient is calculated according to the reflection coefficient phase recorded by N5225A network analyzer; then, the corresponding relation between reflection coefficient phase difference and 尾 representing the direction of intermediate fiber is established. The change of fiber direction is characterized by phase difference of reflection coefficient. The experimental results show that the angle (偽) of the rectangular waveguide relative to the direction of the composite fiber has a certain effect on the detection results, and the phase difference of the reflection coefficient varies with the working frequency. The sensitivity range of the fiber direction of the intermediate layer is also different. When the long edge of the waveguide is parallel to the fiber of the first layer, that is, 偽 is 0 擄, it is more sensitive to the 尾 of 15 擄45 擄, and the long edge of the waveguide is perpendicular to the fiber of the first layer, that is, 偽 is 90 擄. When the detection frequency is 33 GHz and the fiber direction of the intermediate layer changes 30 擄, the reflection coefficient phase difference of the reflective plate changes 10 擄, but the change of the reflecting plate is 5 擄.
