RTM碳纖維復合材料宏觀缺陷超聲表征及分析

【摘要】:以RTM碳纖維復合材料為研究對象,通過超聲特征掃描成像系統(tǒng)對大量試樣進行檢測,由理論可知,超聲波的反射特性會隨著宏觀缺陷類型的不同而不同。首先從理論上分析各缺陷的反射特性,然后找出不同的宏觀自然缺陷,歸納總結各種缺陷對應的圖像特點,再采取破壞方法對試樣進行切割、打磨,通過顯微鏡觀察不同缺陷形貌特征。結果表明,超聲特征掃描成像系統(tǒng)可以檢測并分辨出不同的宏觀缺陷,通過觀察缺陷金相圖可知不同類型缺陷形貌特征也各不相同,為RTM碳纖維復合材料宏觀缺陷檢測及形貌研究提供了一種可行方案。
[Abstract]:Taking RTM carbon fiber composites as the research object, a large number of samples were tested by ultrasonic characteristic scanning imaging system. According to the theory, the reflection characteristics of ultrasonic wave will be different with the different types of macroscopic defects. Firstly, the reflection characteristics of each defect are analyzed theoretically, then different macroscopic natural defects are found, the corresponding image characteristics of various defects are summarized, and then the sample is cut and polished by the method of destruction. The morphologies of different defects were observed by microscope. The results show that the ultrasonic characteristic scanning imaging system can detect and distinguish different macroscopic defects, and the morphologies of different types of defects are different from each other by observing the metallographic images of the defects. It provides a feasible scheme for macroscopic defect detection and morphology study of RTM carbon fiber composites.
