復(fù)合板料擺碾鉚接、膠接和混合連接性能研究

【摘要】:使用擺碾鉚接、膠接和擺碾-膠接混合連接技術(shù)對玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)樹脂基復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行連接,通過拉伸試驗(yàn)檢測該連接方式下的靜強(qiáng)度。比較了不同連接方式的連接效果,分析了膠接時(shí)間、有無墊圈、多鉚釘對連接強(qiáng)度的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明擺碾-膠接混合連接能夠有效提高連接件強(qiáng)度;墊圈對抗拉伸性能影響最大,加墊圈試件承載能力可顯著提升29.46%;在一定時(shí)間范圍內(nèi),膠接時(shí)間的延長可以大幅度提高連接件的靜強(qiáng)度;然而與拉伸方向一致的雙鉚釘使用不能提升板料拉伸性能。
[Abstract]:The fiberglass reinforced resin matrix composites were bonded with pendulum rolling riveting, gluing and pendulum grinding. The static strength of glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composites was tested by tensile test. The influence of bonding time, gasket and multiple rivets on the connection strength is analyzed. The experimental results show that the strength of the joint can be improved effectively by swinging and gluing, and the bearing capacity of the bearing capacity of the specimen with the washer can be significantly increased by 29.46. within a certain time range, the bearing capacity of the bearing capacity of the bearing capacity of the test piece with the washer can be increased significantly. The static strength of the joint can be greatly improved by the extension of bonding time, but the tensile properties of sheet metal can not be improved by using double rivets with the same tensile direction.
