無(wú)鹵阻燃玻纖增強(qiáng)尼龍6復(fù)合材料的制備及性能

【摘要】:在不同的聚合溫度下制備了三聚氰胺聚磷酸鹽(MPP),用FTIR、SEM、XRD、TG對(duì)所制備的MPP進(jìn)行了表征。另外,在MPP的制備過(guò)程中加入正硅酸乙酯對(duì)其進(jìn)行改性,制備了Si O2改性MPP阻燃劑(m MPP),用FTIR、SEM、XRD和TG對(duì)m MPP進(jìn)行了表征。將m MPP、二乙基次磷酸鋁(ADP)、玻纖(GF)和尼龍6(PA6)熔融共混制得阻燃玻纖增強(qiáng)PA6復(fù)合材料(GFRPA6)。用萬(wàn)能拉伸試驗(yàn)機(jī)、氧指數(shù)儀和垂直燃燒儀分別對(duì)GFRPA6的力學(xué)和阻燃性能進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:MPP最佳的聚合溫度為310℃,m MPP粒子比MPP粒子小,呈斜方晶型結(jié)構(gòu);Si O2對(duì)MPP實(shí)現(xiàn)了較好的復(fù)合;隨著Si O2含量的增加,m MPP的熱穩(wěn)定性先增加后降低;GFRPA6復(fù)合材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度和彎曲強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)出先增加后降低的趨勢(shì),當(dāng)Si O2為MPP的6 wt%時(shí),GFRPA6的拉伸強(qiáng)度最大,較MPP阻燃GFRPA6提高了7%,沖擊強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)出先減小后增加的趨勢(shì)。當(dāng)阻燃劑為18wt%份時(shí),GFRPA6的阻燃性能達(dá)到UL94 V-0級(jí),極限氧指數(shù)均高于28。
[Abstract]:Melamine polyphosphate (MPP) was prepared at different polymerization temperatures. In addition, tetraethyl orthosilicate was added to the preparation of MPP, and Sio _ 2 modified MPP flame retardant was prepared. The m MPP was characterized by FTIR SEMX and TG. Flame retardant glass fiber reinforced PA6 composites were prepared by melt blending m MPP, diethylaluminophosphate (ADP), glass fiber (GF) and nylon 6 (PA6). The mechanical properties and flame retardancy of GFRPA6 were characterized by universal tensile tester, oxygen index instrument and vertical combustor. The results show that the optimum polymerization temperature is 310 鈩,
