功能梯度涂層接觸問題的實(shí)驗分析與有限元模擬

【摘要】:功能梯度材料所具有的獨(dú)特性質(zhì)以及潛在的研究空間,使得其成為研究領(lǐng)域的熱門學(xué)科。由于功能梯度材料用作涂層可抑制接觸損傷和破壞,受到力學(xué)工作者的廣泛關(guān)注。本文主要采用實(shí)驗方法和有限元仿真技術(shù)對功能梯度涂層三維接觸問題進(jìn)行研究。首先,應(yīng)用布氏硬度計分別對不同材料模型進(jìn)行了壓痕實(shí)驗,實(shí)驗得出了均勻材料模型與梯度材料模型的壓力-壓痕半徑關(guān)系曲線;其次,應(yīng)用ABAQUS有限元軟件計算功能梯度涂層分別在集中荷載和圓形均布荷載作用下表面位移,分別考慮了功能梯度材料彈性模量按照不同函數(shù)形式變化時的情況。最后,應(yīng)用ABAQUS軟件分析了功能梯度涂層在剛性球形壓頭作用下的三維無摩擦接觸問題,并將計算結(jié)果與公式解進(jìn)行了比較;同時分析了不同彈性模量變化形式對接觸表面應(yīng)力變化的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)布氏硬度實(shí)驗結(jié)果表明:采用不同的材料組合模型對壓力-壓痕曲線具有明顯的影響。其中,材料彈性模量的梯度變化是壓痕實(shí)驗產(chǎn)生重要影響的主要因素。(2)利用ABAQUS軟件可有效的模擬功能梯度材料涂層的表面沉降問題。同時ABAQUS軟件可以模擬材料參數(shù)按照不同函數(shù)形式變化的功能梯度材料模型。通過有限元計算表明,材料彈性參數(shù)的變化形式對于梯度層表面在集中和均布載荷作用下的位移沉降產(chǎn)生影響。(3)功能梯度涂層在球形壓頭作用下時,指數(shù)函數(shù)形式變化的梯度材料涂層,其壓痕半徑、壓入深度以及接觸應(yīng)力都會隨彈性模量的減小呈減小趨勢。固定涂層上下表面彈性模量比值,同時將彈性模量分別按照指數(shù)函數(shù)、線性函數(shù)、余弦函數(shù)變化時,其壓痕半徑、壓入深度以及接觸應(yīng)力會呈減小趨勢。本文的研究結(jié)果對于功能梯度涂層的接觸問題研究具有一定的理論價值;同時,本文的研究結(jié)果對于梯度材料的工程應(yīng)用具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Due to its unique properties and potential research space, functionally graded materials (FGM) have become a hot subject in the field of research. As functionally graded materials (FGM) as coatings can inhibit contact damage and damage, they have attracted extensive attention from mechanics workers. In this paper, the three-dimensional contact problem of functionally gradient coatings is studied by means of experimental method and finite element simulation technique. Firstly, the indentation experiments of different material models are carried out by using Brinell hardness meter, and the curves of pressure-indentation radius between uniform material model and gradient material model are obtained. The surface displacement of functionally graded coatings under concentrated load and circular uniform load was calculated by ABAQUS software. The elastic modulus of functionally graded materials varied according to different function forms. Finally, the three-dimension friction-free contact problem of functionally graded coating under the action of rigid spherical head is analyzed by ABAQUS software, and the results are compared with the formula solution. At the same time, the influence of different forms of elastic modulus on the stress change of contact surface is analyzed. The results show that the different material combination models have obvious influence on the pressure-indentation curve. The gradient change of elastic modulus of materials is the main factor influencing indentation test. (2) ABAQUS software can be used to simulate the surface subsidence of functionally graded material coating effectively. At the same time, the ABAQUS software can simulate the functionally graded material model in which the material parameters change according to different function forms. The finite element calculation shows that the change of elastic parameters of the material has an effect on the displacement settlement of the gradient layer surface under concentrated and uniform loads. The indentation radius, indentation depth and contact stress of gradient material coating with exponential function change tend to decrease with the decrease of elastic modulus. The indentation radius, indentation depth and contact stress will decrease when the elastic modulus is changed according to exponential function, linear function and cosine function respectively. The results of this paper have certain theoretical value for the study of the contact problem of functionally graded coatings, and also have certain guiding significance for the engineering application of gradient materials.
