PEG改性氧化鎢薄膜的電致變色特性

【摘要】:為改善WO_3薄膜的電致變色性能,采用溶膠 凝膠法制備了聚乙二醇(PEG)改性的WO_3電致變色薄膜,并對其著色態(tài)與漂白態(tài)的光學(xué)特性以及循環(huán)伏安特性進行了研究。研究表明:PEG改性的WO_3薄膜具有良好的電致變色性能,循環(huán)5000次伏安曲線無明顯衰減,對可見光的最大透過率調(diào)制幅度可達71%。PEG的加入改變了WO_3薄膜的微結(jié)構(gòu),形成了平均直徑為9 nm的介孔,提高了離子在其中的擴散速率,因此改善了WO_3薄膜的電致變色性能。由于循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性對于電致變色材料的實際應(yīng)用至關(guān)重要,因此這種低成本的濕化學(xué)法有望用于制備高性能的WO_3基電致變色器件。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the electrochromic properties of WO_3 films, PEG modified WO_3 films were prepared by sol-gel method. The optical properties and cyclic voltammetry of the colored and bleached WO_3 films were studied. The results show that the WO_3 film modified by w / PEG has good electrochromic properties, the cyclic voltammetry curve of 5000 times has no obvious attenuation, and the maximum transmittance modulation amplitude of visible light up to 71%.PEG can change the microstructure of WO_3 film. A mesopore with an average diameter of 9 nm was formed, and the diffusion rate of ions in the film was increased. Therefore, the electrochromic properties of WO_3 thin films were improved. Due to the importance of cyclic stability to the practical application of electrochromic materials, this low cost wet chemical method is expected to be used to fabricate high performance WO_3 based electrochromic devices.
