異氰酸基改性劑的制備及在木塑材料中的應用

【摘要】:以4,4'-二環(huán)己基甲烷二異氰酸酯(HMDI)與十八醇為原料,制備了含異氰酸基的改性劑,并研究其對高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/木粉復合材料和聚丙烯(PP)/木粉復合材料力學性能及加工性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,通過5%改性劑改性以后的木粉,其表面接觸角能夠達到144.3°。由改性木粉制備的HDPE/木粉復合材料,拉伸強度較未改性最多提高33.9%,斷裂伸長率提高74.1%;當改性劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)為3%時,塑化時間從169 s縮短至146 s,平衡扭矩從9.8 N·m減小到8.9 N·m,塑化溫度從135.6℃降低至131.9℃。由改性木粉制備的PP/木粉復合材料,拉伸強度較未改性最多提高24.3%,斷裂伸長率提高41.8%;當改性劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)為3%時,塑化時間從144 s縮短至102s,平衡扭矩從10.7 N·m減小到7.3 N·m,塑化溫度從174.7℃降低至162.7℃
[Abstract]:The modifier containing isocyanate group was prepared by using HMDI and octadecanol as raw materials. The effects of HMDI on the mechanical properties and processing properties of HDPE / wood flour composites and PP / wood powder composites were studied. The results showed that the surface contact angle of wood flour modified by 5% modifier could reach 144.3 擄. The tensile strength and elongation at break of HDPE/ wood flour composites prepared from modified wood flour were increased by 33.9% and 74.1%, respectively, and when the mass fraction of modifier was 3%, the tensile strength of the composites was increased by 33.9%, and the elongation at break increased by 74.1%. The plasticizing time was shortened from 169s to 146s, the balance torque decreased from 9.8N m to 8.9 nm, and the plasticizing temperature decreased from 135.6 鈩,
