稀土摻雜下轉(zhuǎn)換材料的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:稀土元素具有優(yōu)異的光學(xué)性能,通過稀土摻雜實(shí)現(xiàn)光譜轉(zhuǎn)換的技術(shù)在LED照明、熒光成像、轉(zhuǎn)光農(nóng)膜等方面都已經(jīng)有了比較完善的研究和系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用。本研究選擇六水硝酸釹(Nd(NO_3)_3·6H_2O)和六次甲基四胺(C_6H_(12)N_4)為原材料,基于正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,制備稀土摻雜下轉(zhuǎn)換材料。利用化學(xué)滴定法進(jìn)行成分推斷,運(yùn)用傅立葉變換紅外光譜儀、X射線衍射儀和熱重-差熱聯(lián)用分析儀對該下轉(zhuǎn)換材料進(jìn)行表征與分析,旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)Ba(NO_3)_2/Mg/蟲膠/稀土摻雜下轉(zhuǎn)換材料煙火藥的燃燒光譜由可見向近紅外區(qū)域的轉(zhuǎn)移。結(jié)果表明,稀土摻雜下轉(zhuǎn)換材料的最佳制備工藝為:30℃水浴條件下,六水硝酸釹與六次甲基四胺按1:2物質(zhì)的量比投料,反應(yīng)時(shí)間80min,攪拌速度260r/min,產(chǎn)率達(dá)75.54%;诨瘜W(xué)分析結(jié)果、電荷守恒定律和質(zhì)量守恒定律,推出稀土摻雜下轉(zhuǎn)換材料中Nd3+、六次甲基四胺、硝酸根、氫氧根和水分子的百分含量分別為22.33%、42.64%、19.04%、2.71%和13.27%,其物質(zhì)的量之比約為1:2:2:1:5,得出稀土摻雜下轉(zhuǎn)換材料的化學(xué)式可能為:Nd(C_6H_(12)N_4)_2·(NO_3~-)_2·(OH~-)·5H_2O。傅立葉變換紅外光譜儀、X射線衍射儀和熱重-差熱聯(lián)用分析儀的測試結(jié)果進(jìn)一步證明合成的物質(zhì)為Nd(C_6H_(12)N_4)2·(NO_3~-)_2·(OH~-)·5H~2O,而不是六水硝酸釹與六次甲基四胺的簡單混合物。對不同配方不同氧平衡的煙火藥350nm~1050nm燃燒輻射強(qiáng)度測試表明,0氧平衡下,Ba(NO_3)_2/Mg/蟲膠/10%稀土摻雜下轉(zhuǎn)換材料煙火藥較Ba(NO_3)_2/Mg/蟲膠煙火藥在760nm~1050nm波段內(nèi)輻射能量提高最多為71.82%。對0氧平衡,稀土摻雜下轉(zhuǎn)換材料分別為5%、10%、15%的煙火藥在500nm~900nm的燃燒光譜測試表明,Ba(NO_3)_2/Mg/蟲膠/10%稀土摻雜下轉(zhuǎn)換材料煙火藥在760nm~900nm內(nèi)輻射能量占總輻射能量百分比較Ba(NO_3)_2/Mg/蟲膠煙火藥在760nm~900nm內(nèi)輻射能量占總輻射能量百分比高14.35%。
[Abstract]:Rare earth elements have excellent optical properties. The technology of spectrum conversion by rare earth doping has been studied and systematically applied in LED illumination, fluorescence imaging, optical conversion and so on. In this study, NdnO _ 3 and C _ 6H _ 2O) were selected as raw materials to prepare rare-earth doped down-conversion materials based on orthogonal design method. The chemical titration method was used to infer the composition. The material was characterized and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and thermogravimetric coupled thermogravimetry (TG-DTA). The aim of this paper is to transfer the combustion spectrum of Ba(NO_3)_2/Mg/ shellac / rare-earth doped pyrotechnic powder from visible to near infrared region.
