殼聚糖-g-硬脂酸固-固相變材料制備與表征

【摘要】:采用化學(xué)接枝的方法將具有固-液相變性能的硬脂酸接枝到殼聚糖高分子鏈上,制得一種具有固-固相變性能的新型高分子相變材料:殼聚糖-g-硬脂酸固-固相變材料,并采用傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FT-IR)、差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、偏光熱臺顯微鏡(POM)和熱失重分析儀(TG)等對接枝產(chǎn)物進行了表征。結(jié)果表明,硬脂酸通過化學(xué)鍵連接在殼聚糖分子鏈上;殼聚糖-g-硬脂酸固-固相變材料呈現(xiàn)出可逆的固-固相轉(zhuǎn)變特性,且具有與硬脂酸相似的結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu),吸熱焓值為21.33J/g(相變溫度為60.5℃),放熱焓值為14.03J/g(相變溫度為47.11℃),具有良好的熱穩(wěn)定性,熱失重拐點溫度為233.11℃。
[Abstract]:The stearic acid with solid-liquid phase change property was grafted onto chitosan polymer chain by chemical grafting method, and a new polymer phase change material: chitosan -gstearic acid solid-solid phase change material was prepared. The grafted products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), scanning electron microscope (SEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), polarizing thermostat microscope (POM) and thermogravimetric analyzer (TG). The results show that stearic acid is connected to chitosan chain by chemical bond, and chitosan-g-stearic acid solid-solid phase transition material exhibits reversible solid-solid-solid-state transition characteristics and has a crystalline structure similar to that of stearic acid, and the structure of stearic acid is similar to that of stearic acid.
