復(fù)合相變材料的制備及其對(duì)卷煙濾嘴溫度的調(diào)控研究

【摘要】:在卷煙抽吸過(guò)程中,過(guò)高的濾嘴溫度不僅影響濾嘴對(duì)煙氣有害成分的過(guò)濾效果,而且會(huì)影響消費(fèi)者對(duì)煙氣感官質(zhì)量的認(rèn)可度。卷煙濾嘴溫度調(diào)控研究目前還沒(méi)見(jiàn)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道。本論文針對(duì)卷煙濾嘴的特殊環(huán)境,研制了擔(dān)載型、膠囊型以及離子液體鍵合型三類復(fù)合相變材料,并以二段復(fù)合濾嘴的形式將復(fù)合相變材料添加于卷煙濾嘴,在卷煙抽吸過(guò)程中,通過(guò)復(fù)合材料的相變儲(chǔ)熱實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)濾嘴溫度的有效調(diào)控。采用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、傅里葉紅外光譜(FT-IR)、氮?dú)馕摳、掃描電鏡(SEM)、差示掃描熱分析(DSC)、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)儀等對(duì)復(fù)合相變材料的物化結(jié)構(gòu)和熱性能進(jìn)行了表征。對(duì)卷煙燃燒錐氣相溫度檢測(cè)裝置進(jìn)行改進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)卷煙濾嘴溫度檢測(cè),并且運(yùn)用類比數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)中的數(shù)學(xué)期望和方差兩個(gè)特征量對(duì)濾嘴檢測(cè)區(qū)域溫度分布特征進(jìn)行表征分析。主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)采用毛細(xì)吸附法制備了系列擔(dān)載型復(fù)合相變材料,該方法原料易得、操作簡(jiǎn)單、成本低。通過(guò)考察11種無(wú)機(jī)或有機(jī)相變材料和4種無(wú)機(jī)介質(zhì)載體材料,結(jié)果表明:二十烷為最佳相變材料,膨脹石墨(EG)為最佳載體材料;當(dāng)二十烷含量為92 wt%時(shí),二十烷/EG復(fù)合相變材料的相變溫度為43.1 o C,相變焓為162.9 J/g,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為1.304 W/m·K,導(dǎo)熱性能相比于純的二十烷提高了3.8倍,具有較高的相變潛熱和熱傳導(dǎo)性能,且在受熱相變過(guò)程中無(wú)滲漏。(2)以二十烷為芯材,以海藻酸鈉和殼聚糖為壁材,以氯化鈣交聯(lián)劑,運(yùn)用銳孔-凝固浴法制備了膠囊包裹型復(fù)合相變材料(二十烷/海藻酸鈉)。結(jié)果表明:最優(yōu)工藝條件為2.0 wt%海藻酸鈉溶液、1.5 wt%殼聚糖溶液、2.5 wt%氯化鈣溶液,93%二十烷,反應(yīng)溫度45 o C,攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速400 r/min,反應(yīng)時(shí)間90 min,p H≈4。最優(yōu)條件下制備的二十烷/海藻酸鈉膠囊的相變溫度為47.9 o C,相變焓為134.6 J/g,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為0.426 W/m·K,冷熱循環(huán)10次以后相變溫度為47.1 o C,相變焓為131.4 J/g,說(shuō)明該膠囊相變材料具有良好的相變性能和重復(fù)穩(wěn)定性。(3)利用離子液體結(jié)構(gòu)可設(shè)計(jì)、不揮發(fā)和相變性能優(yōu)良等優(yōu)點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)合成了3種具有相變儲(chǔ)熱功能的咪唑類離子液體材料,并對(duì)其固載前后的儲(chǔ)熱性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:在所合成的幾種離子液體中,[C16MIM]Cl離子液體具有更好的儲(chǔ)熱性能,相變溫度為68.1 o C,相變焓為129.2 J/g;通過(guò)浸漬法固載后其相變性能不變但重復(fù)穩(wěn)定性增強(qiáng)。(4)建立了卷煙濾嘴溫度場(chǎng)檢測(cè)及表征方法。以體積平均溫度為主要指標(biāo),以體積平均溫差為輔助指標(biāo),表征分析濾嘴溫度分布隨卷煙抽吸過(guò)程的變化規(guī)律;并通過(guò)濾嘴溫度分布的檢測(cè)和分析,考察了復(fù)合相變材料對(duì)卷煙濾嘴溫度分布的調(diào)控作用。對(duì)含有不同克重相變材料的濾嘴溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行表征,分析與討論了濾嘴橫截面和縱剖面溫度場(chǎng)分布、濾嘴體積平均溫度和濾嘴體積平均溫差。結(jié)果顯示含有40 mg復(fù)合相變材料有最低濾嘴體積平均溫度和較低的平均溫度差,具有最佳的濾嘴溫度調(diào)控效果。
[Abstract]:The physicochemical structure and thermal properties of the composite phase change material were characterized by using X - ray diffraction ( XRD ) , Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT - IR ) , nitrogen desorption , scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) , differential scanning calorimetry ( FT - IR ) , nitrogen desorption , scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) , differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) and thermal conductivity meter . The phase transition temperature of the capsule was 47.9 % C , the enthalpy of transformation was 134.6 J / g , the thermal conductivity was 47.1 o C , the transformation enthalpy was 131.4 J / g . The phase change temperature was 68.1 o C and the phase change enthalpy was 129.2 J / g . ( 4 ) The temperature field detection and characterization method of cigarette filter tip was established . The temperature distribution of filter tip was characterized by volume average temperature as the main index , and the temperature distribution of filter tip was characterized . The temperature field distribution of filter tip and the average temperature difference of filter tip were analyzed and discussed . The results showed that the 40 mg composite phase change material had the lowest filter tip volume average temperature and lower average temperature difference , and had the best temperature regulation effect of filter tip .
