有機(jī)添加劑對脂環(huán)族聚醚型聚氨酯薄膜耐光氧老化性能影響

【摘要】:本論文選用有機(jī)紫外吸收劑UV-326、受阻胺HALS-622和抗氧劑AO-1010為添加劑,分別添加到脂環(huán)族聚醚型聚氨酯薄膜(異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯為硬段,聚四氫呋喃醚二醇為軟段)中,采用本課題組自行研制的紫外/臭氧綜合一體化老化裝置對薄膜進(jìn)行紫外、臭氧和紫外/臭氧綜合環(huán)境的暴露實(shí)驗(yàn)。測試薄膜在不同暴露時間的紅外光譜、紫外可見光譜、熱重分析、色差和黃色指數(shù),考察脂環(huán)族聚氨酯薄膜的耐老化性能及有機(jī)添加劑對聚氨酯薄膜耐老化性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在紫外、臭氧和紫外/臭氧綜合環(huán)境暴露實(shí)驗(yàn)中,各薄膜的色差、黃色指數(shù)和UV-vis光譜中的-C=O吸光度均隨老化時間延長而增加。紅外光譜顯示, NH和 C=O峰均逐漸變寬,α/β-CH2峰和C O-C峰,以及 NH鍵與C N鍵的耦合峰均逐漸減弱。在單紫外條件下,有機(jī)紫外吸收劑UV-326對提高聚氨酯薄膜的耐老化性能具有顯著的效果;在單臭氧條件下,抗氧劑AO-1010對提高聚氨酯薄膜的耐老化性能具有顯著效果;在紫外/臭氧綜合條件下,單一有機(jī)添加劑對提高聚氨酯薄膜的耐老化性能效果不明顯。本文利用傅里葉紅外變換光譜定量分析了脂環(huán)族聚醚型聚氨酯的光氧氧化行為,并對其光氧氧化降解機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探討。進(jìn)一步對聚醚型聚氨酯結(jié)構(gòu)的降解方式和降解產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了分析。老化前后對比分析說明,該類型聚氨酯中軟段發(fā)生光氧化降解的主要原因是聚醚基團(tuán)高度的光化學(xué)靈敏性。醚官能團(tuán)氧化生成甲酸鹽,甲酸鹽進(jìn)一步氧化生成乙烯和甲酸甲酯,并且重新生成甲酸鹽,直到整個醚官能團(tuán)降解完全。硬段降解的主要原因是氨基甲酸酯基團(tuán)發(fā)生-C-N鍵和-C-O鍵的斷裂,以及氨基甲酸酯中-NH位置的α-CH2發(fā)生氧化。
[Abstract]:In this paper, organic ultraviolet absorber UV-326, hindered amine HALS-622 and antioxidant AO-1010 were used as additives, respectively, to add aliphatic polyether polyurethane film (isophorone diisocyanate as hard segment, polytetrahydrofuranediol as soft segment).The ultraviolet, ozone and ultraviolet / ozone comprehensive environment exposure experiments were carried out with the UV / ozone integrated aging device developed by our team.The infrared spectra, UV-Vis spectra, thermogravimetric analysis, color difference and yellow index of the films at different exposure time were measured. The aging resistance of the films and the effects of organic additives on the aging resistance of the films were investigated.The results show that the chromatic aberration, yellow index and Ca-O absorbance in UV-vis spectra increase with the aging time in the UV, ozone and UV / ozone exposure experiments.The IR spectra show that the peaks of NH and Con O gradually widen, and the peaks of 偽 / 尾 -CH2 and C-O -C, as well as the coupling peaks of NH bond and C-N bond decrease gradually.Under the condition of single ultraviolet, organic ultraviolet absorbent UV-326 has remarkable effect on improving the aging resistance of polyurethane film, and antioxidant AO-1010 has remarkable effect on improving the aging resistance of polyurethane film under the condition of single ozone.Under the condition of UV / ozone synthesis, the effect of single organic additive on improving the aging resistance of polyurethane film is not obvious.In this paper, the photooxidation behavior of aliphatic polyether polyurethane was quantitatively analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and the photooxidative degradation mechanism was discussed.The degradation methods and degradation products of polyether polyurethane structure were further analyzed.The comparative analysis before and after aging shows that the photochemical sensitivity of polyether group is the main reason of photooxidation degradation in soft segment of this type of polyurethane.The ether functional group was oxidized to formate and the formate was further oxidized to form ethylene and methyl formate and the formate was regenerated until the whole ether functional group was completely degraded.The main causes of hard segment degradation are the breaking of -C-N bond and -C-O bond of carbamate group and the oxidation of 偽 -CH2 in the position of -NH in carbamate.
