【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,功能梯度材料作為一種新型材料的出現(xiàn),大大推動了經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展,功能梯度材料具有良好的現(xiàn)實應(yīng)用性能。波在其中的傳播特性和力學(xué)性能研究越來越受到人們的重視,廣泛被國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究。功能梯度材料在航天工程、機械工程、能源工程、電子工程、建筑工程、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程等高端科學(xué)領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。功能梯度材料作為一種波導(dǎo),因此可以借助于波在其中的傳播特性對梯度材料進行無損檢測;谶@一原理進行展開研究的,簡要概述如下:首先應(yīng)用級數(shù)展開迭代法對應(yīng)力波在功能梯度材料中的傳播進行實例計算,討論了應(yīng)力波在頻率域和時間域內(nèi)的傳播特性及梯度系數(shù)變化對頻散特性的影響。其次應(yīng)用變分法對Love波在功能梯度材料結(jié)構(gòu)中傳播特性進行了研究,推導(dǎo)了Love波在功能梯度材料中的頻散關(guān)系方程式,結(jié)合具體算例討論了厚度對Love波頻散特性的影響,與精確解相對比證明了該理論的正確性。最后研究了PSV耦合波在功能梯度板中的傳播特性。分別討論了無限厚度情況下功能梯度板中瑞利波傳播特性和有限厚度情況下Lamb波的正反模態(tài)傳播特性。本研究有助于功能梯度材料的無損檢測、礦產(chǎn)資源的勘測及地震數(shù)據(jù)的預(yù)測,同時為功能梯度材料的優(yōu)化和設(shè)計提供理論幫助。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, functionally graded materials (FGM), as a new type of materials, have greatly promoted the development of economy and society.More and more attention has been paid to the study of wave propagation characteristics and mechanical properties, and has been widely studied by scholars at home and abroad.Functionally graded materials (FGM) have been widely used in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, energy engineering, electronic engineering, architectural engineering, biomedical engineering and other high-end science fields.As a kind of waveguide, functionally graded materials can be tested by means of wave propagation characteristics.Based on this principle, a brief summary is given as follows: firstly, the series expansion iteration method is used to calculate the propagation of force waves in functionally graded materials.The propagation characteristics of stress waves in frequency domain and time domain and the influence of gradient coefficient on dispersion characteristics are discussed.Secondly, the propagation characteristics of Love waves in functionally graded materials are studied by using variational method. The dispersion relation equation of Love waves in functionally graded materials is derived, and the influence of thickness on the dispersion characteristics of Love waves is discussed with an example.The correctness of the theory is proved by comparison with the exact solution.Finally, the propagation characteristics of PSV coupling waves in functionally gradient plates are studied.The propagation characteristics of Rayleigh waves in functionally graded plates with infinite thickness and the positive and negative mode propagation characteristics of Lamb waves with finite thickness are discussed respectively.This study is helpful to the nondestructive testing of functionally graded materials, the survey of mineral resources and the prediction of seismic data, and also provides theoretical assistance for the optimization and design of functionally graded materials.
