聚烯烴膜表面氯化原位接枝改性及其環(huán)境響應(yīng)性的探索研究

【摘要】:隨科學(xué)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步,聚烯烴膜材料應(yīng)用逐漸增多,但聚烯烴缺乏活性反應(yīng)基團(tuán)導(dǎo)致其應(yīng)用受到極大限制,研究者通常采用表面物理或化學(xué)改性來改善此問題。物理改性不夠穩(wěn)定,所以化學(xué)改性為表面改性主要途徑,這其中又以接枝改性為主。改性實(shí)施方法大多為溶劑法和熔融法,氣固相法制備相對(duì)較少。論文首次將一種新的方法-氯化原位接枝,運(yùn)用到聚烯烴膜進(jìn)行表面接枝改性。氯化原位接枝(ISCGC)過程是在氣-固相反應(yīng)中,在聚烯烴膜表面形成了獨(dú)特結(jié)構(gòu)的聚合物,具有聚合物刷的典型特征。通過ISCGC法,許多可自由基聚合的單體可以成功接枝到聚烯烴膜表面;膜表面可獲得支鏈分子量分布比較窄,接枝密度高的聚合物:具有明顯的環(huán)境響應(yīng)性。文中對(duì)分別對(duì)甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸縮水甘油酯(GMA)、丙烯酸-2-羥乙酯(HEA)在PE膜上的表面修飾,以及MMA、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)對(duì)PP膜的表面修飾進(jìn)行了探討。重點(diǎn)研究了MMA對(duì)PP膜的氯化原位接枝,其產(chǎn)物記為CPP-cg-MMA。對(duì)于CPP-cg-MMA,不僅對(duì)制備過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)討論,同時(shí)采用NMR、FTIR、AFM、XPS、SEM、GPC、DSC、接觸角及其它手段等對(duì)膜表面結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了十分細(xì)致的表征。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,CPP-cg-MMA產(chǎn)物僅存在于表面60nm以上;CPP-cg-MMA有誘導(dǎo)重結(jié)晶的趨勢(shì);反應(yīng)較短時(shí)間,如2小時(shí),接枝密度質(zhì)量覆蓋率可達(dá)到2.67g/m2; PP膜被表面修飾后,不僅具有PH響應(yīng)性,還具有一定的溶劑響應(yīng)性,可證明其為環(huán)境響應(yīng)性產(chǎn)物。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and social progress, the application of polyolefin membrane materials is increasing gradually, but the application of polyolefin is greatly limited due to the lack of reactive groups. Researchers usually use surface physical or chemical modification to improve this problem.Physical modification is not stable, so chemical modification is the main way of surface modification, in which graft modification is the main way.Most of the modification methods are solvent method and melting method, and the gas-solid method is relatively few.In this paper, a new method, chlorinated in situ grafting, was first applied to the surface modification of polyolefin films.The in-situ chlorinated graft polymerization (ISCGC) process is characterized by the formation of polymer with unique structure on the surface of polyolefin membrane in gas-solid phase reaction, which has the typical characteristics of polymer brush.By ISCGC, many free radical polymerizable monomers can be successfully grafted onto the surface of polyolefin membrane, and the polymer with narrow molecular weight distribution of branched chain and high grafting density can be obtained on the surface of the membrane.The surface modification of methyl methacrylate (MMA), glycidyl acrylate (GMAA), 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) on PE film and the surface modification of PP film by MMA, AA, AM) were studied.The in-situ chlorination grafting of PP membrane with MMA was studied, and the product was described as CPP-cg-MMA.The preparation process of CPP-cg-MMAwas discussed in detail, and the surface structure of the membrane was characterized by NMR-FTIR, AFMS-SEMGPC-DSCS, contact angle and other means.The experimental results show that the CPP-cg-MMA products only exist on the surface of 60nm and have the tendency of inducing recrystallization, the mass coverage of grafting density can reach 2.67 g / m ~ (2) when the reaction time is relatively short, such as 2 hours, and the PP film is not only PH responsive when modified on the surface, but also on the surface of CPP-cg-MMA.It also has a certain solvent responsiveness, which can be proved to be an environmental responsive product.
