石墨烯柔性紙及其復(fù)合材料的制備與性能

【摘要】:本文以平板玻璃為襯底,采用不同濃度的氧化石墨烯(Graphite Oxide,GO)溶液制備了柔性的氧化石墨烯紙,并對其采用熱還原的方式得到了不同還原程度的柔性石墨烯紙。采用XRD、SEM、XPS等方式對其進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)表征,并對其導(dǎo)電及力學(xué)性能分別進(jìn)行了測試。研究表明,溶液濃度對柔性氧化石墨烯紙的制備具有重要的影響,選擇濃度為4.33 mg/ml的GO溶液2.5ml,可以得到質(zhì)量為9.5mg、厚度為4?m的完整柔性氧化石墨烯紙。SEM觀察表明,該氧化石墨烯紙由排列規(guī)則的氧化石墨烯片層疊而成,與空氣接觸的一面具有褶皺起伏的特性,而與玻璃接觸的另一面則光滑平整。該氧化石墨烯紙的C/O值為1.43,具有較高的氧化程度。氬氣氣氛下高溫還原實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,隨著還原溫度升高,氧化石墨烯紙的XRD衍射峰逐漸消失,當(dāng)還原溫度為1100℃,保溫時(shí)間1h時(shí),其衍射特征峰已消失,體現(xiàn)了良好的還原特性。力學(xué)測試結(jié)果表明,柔性石墨烯紙的拉伸強(qiáng)度隨還原程度的增加而增加。相比于氧化石墨烯紙的力學(xué)性能,楊氏模量16GPa,拉伸強(qiáng)度26MPa,石墨烯紙的的性能改善為楊氏模量76Gpa,拉伸強(qiáng)度89Mpa。高溫還原的石墨烯紙的電阻率為59.7Ω。采用層疊法制備了石墨紙/PDMS復(fù)合材料,其楊氏模量從基體的3.4 GPa提高到101 GPa,但拉伸應(yīng)力有所降低。復(fù)合材料的界面潤濕及界面結(jié)合仍待探討。
[Abstract]:In this paper, flexible graphene oxide paper was prepared on flat glass substrate by using different concentration of graphene oxide (Graphite oxide oxide) solution, and the flexible graphene paper with different degree of reduction was obtained by thermal reduction.Its structure was characterized by means of XRDX SEMX XPS, and its electrical and mechanical properties were tested.The results show that the concentration of the solution has an important effect on the preparation of flexible graphene oxide paper. The complete flexible graphene oxide paper with a mass of 9.5 mg and a thickness of 4 m can be obtained by selecting the go solution 2.5ml with a concentration of 4.33 mg/ml.The graphene oxide paper is made of graphene oxide sheets with regular arrangement. The contact with air has the characteristic of ruffling and undulating, while the other side of contact with glass is smooth and smooth.The C / O value of the graphene oxide paper is 1.43, which has a high oxidation degree.The experimental results of high temperature reduction in argon atmosphere show that the XRD diffraction peak of graphene oxide paper disappears gradually with the increase of reduction temperature.
