納米氧化鋁及其氧化鋁空心球的制備

【摘要】:α-Al_2O_3是在熱力學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)上均為穩(wěn)定的相,所需要的晶型轉(zhuǎn)變溫度非常高,高溫會(huì)進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)粒子之間的團(tuán)聚;殼層厚度為納米級別的A1203空心球材料在制備過程中,具有殼層厚度不可控和不均勻的缺點(diǎn)。本文的主要工作是探究制備納米氧化鋁和氧化鋁空心球的方法,主要內(nèi)容包括三個(gè)部分:首先,采用α-Al_2O_3作為晶種,加入葡萄糖和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作為表面活性劑,通過醇鹽水解法制備了納米氧化鋁粉體,探討了晶種、葡萄糖和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮對氧化鋁晶型和形貌的影響及其最佳添加量。將所得的前驅(qū)體分別在800℃和1000℃下煅燒2h,即可以得到γ-Al_2O_3和α-Al_2O_3粉體,其粒徑分別為小于20nm和20-50nm。其次,采用葡萄糖作為碳源,通過水熱法制備了碳微球模板,當(dāng)葡萄糖的濃度為1mol/L,反應(yīng)釜空隙率為30%,在180℃下水熱反應(yīng)8h得到的碳微球模板分散性好,其粒徑約為600nm。最后,采用碳微球作為模板,硝酸鋁作為鋁源,三嵌段共聚物(F127)作為表面活性劑,在葡萄糖溶液中水熱反應(yīng)制備碳微球-不定型氫氧化鋁-碳包覆層復(fù)合物(C/Al/C),將C/Al/C復(fù)合物在600-800℃下煅燒3h即可以得到分散性好、壁厚均勻的氧化鋁空心球,粒徑約為700nm,壁厚約為100nm。
