廢棄亞麻熱解處理吸油材料的制備及其吸附性能

【摘要】:為合理利用廢棄亞麻,為廢棄紡織品的再利用開辟新途徑,以廢舊亞麻為原料進(jìn)行熱解處理,研究熱解處理后亞麻的吸油性能。利用紅外光譜、掃描電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射等手段對亞麻纖維的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌、結(jié)晶情況等進(jìn)行了表征,比較了改性前后纖維的接觸角、吸油倍率,測試了熱解亞麻的制成率,并分析了溫度、時間、廢水含油量、重復(fù)吸油次數(shù)等參數(shù)對吸油倍率的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明:熱處理后亞麻的親水性基團(tuán)減少,纖維表面粗糙程度提高,纖維內(nèi)部部分結(jié)晶區(qū)受到破壞,拒水親油性能提高,吸油倍率約是未處理亞麻的1.5倍,在吸附時間為10 min左右,熱處理亞麻可達(dá)到吸油平衡,具有較好的快速、重復(fù)吸油能力。
[Abstract]:In order to make rational use of waste flax and open up a new way for the reuse of waste textiles, waste flax was used as raw material for pyrolysis, and the oil absorption of flax after pyrolysis was studied.The chemical structure, morphology and crystallization of flax fibers were characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope X-ray diffraction. The contact angle and oil absorption ratio of the fibers before and after modification were compared.The production rate of pyrolytic flax was tested and the effects of temperature, time, oil content of wastewater and times of repeated oil absorption on the oil absorption rate were analyzed.The results showed that the hydrophilic groups of flax decreased after heat treatment, the surface roughness of the fibers increased, some of the crystalline areas inside the fibers were destroyed, the hydrophilic and oil repellent properties were improved, and the oil absorption ratio was about 1.5 times of that of untreated flax.When the adsorption time is about 10 min, the oil absorption equilibrium of heat treated flax can be achieved.
