聚己內(nèi)酯與羥基磷灰石的復(fù)合改性及性能研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),聚己內(nèi)酯(Polycaprolactone)在骨組織修復(fù)方面的研究備受關(guān)注。為了制備理想的骨修復(fù)材料,需要讓復(fù)合材料具有較強(qiáng)力學(xué)強(qiáng)度,同時(shí)也具有良好的生物活性。而羥基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite)有良好的的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性和生物活性,具有良好的骨引導(dǎo)能力。因此,如何將HA加入PCL中制備一種力學(xué)強(qiáng)度好,且具有生物活性的骨組織修復(fù)復(fù)合材料是本文的研究重點(diǎn)。本論文針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,步驟如下:1、PCL/HA復(fù)合材料的制備采用溶液共混法制備PCL/HA復(fù)合材料,考察溶劑類型、PCL的分子量和改變HA的添加量對(duì)復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能的影響。并進(jìn)行了拉伸、紅外(IR)、掃描電鏡(SEM)及X射線衍射(XRD)測(cè)試。確定的工藝條件為:二氯甲烷為溶劑,PCL的分子量為80000,HA添加量占總質(zhì)量10%。2、硅烷類偶聯(lián)劑對(duì)HA改性后與PCL復(fù)合材料的性能影響根據(jù)制備PCL/HA復(fù)合材料的工藝條件,對(duì)HA表面進(jìn)行改性,采用KH-570、KH-560、KH-907三種偶聯(lián)劑?疾炫悸(lián)劑體積分?jǐn)?shù)、乙醇與水體積比、pH值、水解時(shí)間、偶聯(lián)時(shí)間、偶聯(lián)溫度、蒸干溫度對(duì)復(fù)合材料強(qiáng)度的影響。并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了 IR、XRD、SEM及拉伸測(cè)試,確定了改性的工藝條件。對(duì)比KH-570、KH-560、KH-907三種硅烷類偶聯(lián)劑的改性效果,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),KH-560改性后的HA粒徑分布均勻,與PCL復(fù)合后,能很有效地減少應(yīng)力集中,因而平均的抗拉伸強(qiáng)度高于其他兩種偶聯(lián)劑,并且在拉伸強(qiáng)度峰值上也高于其他兩種偶聯(lián)劑,達(dá)到了 25.1MPa。3、鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑對(duì)HA改性后與PCL復(fù)合性能影響根據(jù)制備PCL/HA復(fù)合材料的工藝條件,采用鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑HY-201對(duì)HA進(jìn)行表面改性。對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了 IR、XRD、SEM及拉伸測(cè)試,確定了改性的工藝條件。制得的復(fù)合材料拉伸強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大值為20.7MPa。鈦酸酯類的偶聯(lián)劑改性效果比硅烷類偶聯(lián)劑效果較差,應(yīng)用前景不太廣泛。
[Abstract]:In recent years, polycaprolactone (PCL) has attracted much attention in bone tissue repair.In order to prepare ideal bone repair materials, it is necessary to make the composites have strong mechanical strength and good biological activity.Hydroxyapatite has good chemical stability, biological activity and bone guiding ability.Therefore, how to add HA into PCL to prepare a kind of bone tissue repair composite with good mechanical strength and biological activity is the focus of this paper.In this paper, the above problems were studied. The steps are as follows: 1: 1% PCL / HA composite was prepared by solution blending method. The effects of molecular weight of solvent type and the content of HA on the mechanical properties of the composite were investigated.Tensile, IR, SEM and XRD were also measured.The process conditions were determined as follows: the molecular weight of dichloromethane as solvent was 80000m HA 10.2%, the effect of silane coupling agent on the properties of HA modified with PCL composites was carried out according to the process conditions of preparing PCL/HA composites.Three coupling agents KH-570 and KH-560 KH-907 were used.The effects of the volume fraction of coupling agent, the ratio of ethanol to water, pH value, hydrolysis time, coupling time, coupling temperature and evaporation temperature on the strength of the composite were investigated.The experimental results were determined by SEM and tensile test.By comparing the modification effects of KH-570 and KH-560KH-907 silane coupling agents, it can be found that the particle size distribution of HA modified by KH-560 is uniform, and the stress concentration can be reduced effectively when combined with PCL, and the average tensile strength is higher than that of the other two coupling agents.And the peak tensile strength is higher than that of the other two coupling agents, reaching 25.1MPa.3.The effect of titanate coupling agent on the composite properties of HA modified with PCL is based on the process conditions of preparing PCL/HA composites.The surface of HA was modified by titanate coupling agent HY-201.The experimental results were determined by SEM and tensile test.The tensile strength of the composites reached the maximum value of 20.7 MPA.The modification effect of titanate coupling agent is worse than that of silane coupling agent.
