PVDF基功能薄膜制備、改性及性能研究

【摘要】:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)是40年前新興的一種白色粒狀或粉末狀的半結(jié)晶性綜合性能優(yōu)良的新材料,主要用于防腐涂料、電池隔膜、電絕緣漆、密封材料以及膜組件。聚偏氟乙烯膜是近年發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種有廣泛應(yīng)用的多功能高分子膜材料,不同孔徑的PVDF膜可以用來(lái)制備超濾膜、微濾膜、及鋰電池隔膜等。PVDF膜以其優(yōu)異的性能應(yīng)于膜處理技術(shù),開拓了其在化工精餾、新能源、以及污水處理等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。用于制備超濾膜和微濾膜聚偏氟乙烯膜已經(jīng)開始應(yīng)用到海水淡化、污水處理等領(lǐng)域,有效的緩解了飲用潔凈水及水資源的循環(huán)利用問(wèn)題,為膜技術(shù)在水處理方面應(yīng)用開辟了新的篇章�;谖V膜聚偏氟乙烯膜在水處理方面的優(yōu)異性能及存在的問(wèn)題,我們有針對(duì)性的對(duì)微濾膜聚偏氟乙烯膜進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究。主要包括新型PVDF膜的制備,改性及其性能的研究:1)完善了PVDF膜的制備方法和工藝,研究了PVDF濃度、膜的厚度、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、脫泡時(shí)間對(duì)膜的機(jī)械性能、親水性的影響,考察了PVDF膜的熱穩(wěn)定性、孔結(jié)構(gòu)、平均孔徑、水通量、截留率等性能,確立了PVDF膜的基本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件;2)首次用Zn S/Cu S納米復(fù)合半導(dǎo)體材料對(duì)聚偏氟乙烯膜進(jìn)行改性,研究了PVDF-Zn S/Cu S功能膜的機(jī)械性能、親水性及其可見(jiàn)光催化降解羅丹明B的效率,在Zn S/Cu S濃度為1%和2%時(shí),PVDF-Zn S/Cu S膜的降解Rh B的降解率達(dá)到50%和60%;3)制備了PVDF/ESBO(環(huán)氧大豆油)、PVDF/PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、PVDF/PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)/Li Cl、PVDF/PMMA/PVP/Li Cl、PVDF/PI(聚酰亞酰胺)、PVDF/F127(Pluronic F127)、PVDF/PI/F127/Li Cl等一系列共混膜,研究了ESBO、PMMA、PVP、Li Cl、PI、F127及其共混對(duì)B膜的機(jī)械性能、親水性、平均孔徑、孔隙率的影響,探究了添加劑B膜的熱穩(wěn)定性、水通量、截留率等性能的影響,添加PMMA/PVP/Li Cl,PVP/Li Cl,B膜的平均孔徑、孔隙率、水通量、截留率提高;PI的加入使得B膜的平均孔徑、孔隙率、水通量、截留率降低,F127、PI/F127/Li Cl的加入B膜的平均孔徑、孔隙率、水通量、截留率提高。
[Abstract]:Polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF (PVDF) is a new kind of white granular or powdered semi-crystalline composite material which was developed 40 years ago. It is mainly used in anticorrosive coatings, battery diaphragm, electric insulating paint, sealing materials and film components.Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane is a kind of multifunctional polymer membrane material developed in recent years. PVDF membranes with different pore sizes can be used to prepare ultrafiltration membrane, microfiltration membrane, lithium battery membrane and so on.Its applications in chemical distillation, new energy and sewage treatment are explored.It opens a new chapter for the application of membrane technology in water treatment.Based on the excellent performance and existing problems in water treatment of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane, we have made a detailed study on PVDF membrane.This paper mainly includes the preparation, modification and properties of new PVDF membrane. (1) the preparation method and process of PVDF membrane were improved. The effects of PVDF concentration, film thickness, reaction temperature, reaction time, defoaming time on the mechanical properties and hydrophilicity of PVDF membrane were studied.The mechanical properties, hydrophilicity and the efficiency of visible light catalytic degradation of Rhodamine B on PVDF-Zn S/Cu S functional membrane were studied.The effects of ESBO / PMMA / Li ClPIP / F127 and its blends on the mechanical properties, hydrophilicity, average pore size and porosity of B membrane were studied. The effects of additive B membrane on thermal stability, water flux and retention rate were investigated.With the addition of Pi, the average pore size, porosity, water flux and retention ratio of B membrane were decreased, and the average pore size, porosity, water flux and retention rate of B membrane were increased with the addition of Pi / Li Cl.
