甘氨酸燃燒法制備GDC納米粉體及其燒結(jié)的研究

【摘要】:采用甘氨酸燃燒法制備GDC(10 mol%的Gd_2O_3摻雜的CeO_2)粉納米體,研究了添加不同甘氨酸用量對(duì)GDC粉體的影響,不同燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)GDC燒結(jié)體的燒結(jié)性能的影響。通過X射線粉末衍射儀(XRD)、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)測試分析標(biāo)明:不同甘氨酸添加量均能合成GDC納米粉體,但隨著甘氨酸添加量的增加,GDC的晶粒尺寸也增大,在1250℃下燒結(jié)3 h均能得到相對(duì)密度達(dá)到97.0%的GDC燒結(jié)體。隨著溫度升高,GDC燒結(jié)體的晶粒長大明顯,小孔洞數(shù)量減少,孔徑增大。
[Abstract]:GDC(10 mol% Gd_2O_3 doped CEO _ 2 powders were prepared by glycine combustion method. The effects of different amounts of glycine on GDC powders and sintering temperature on the sintering properties of GDC sintered powders were studied.The results of X-ray powder diffractometer, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) show that the GDC nanocrystalline powders can be synthesized with different glycine content, but the grain size increases with the increase of glycine content.When sintered at 1250 鈩,
