【摘要】:為提高超磁致伸縮致動(dòng)器(GMA)偏置磁場(chǎng)的均勻度,設(shè)計(jì)了疊堆式超磁致伸縮致動(dòng)器(SGMA),建立了SGMA的磁場(chǎng)分布模型,并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行分析研究。首先,通過分析傳統(tǒng)GMA偏磁施加方式的特點(diǎn)和不足,采用永磁體和GMM棒交替排布的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,設(shè)計(jì)了SGMA;然后,將磁路模型和畢奧-薩伐爾定律相結(jié)合,建立了能夠準(zhǔn)確描述SGMA磁場(chǎng)特點(diǎn)的磁場(chǎng)分布模型;接著,利用所建立磁場(chǎng)分布模型分析了不同參數(shù)對(duì)SGMA磁場(chǎng)分布特征的影響,提出了SGMA結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法;最后,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)完成了模型驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:采用本文建立的模型描述SGMA磁場(chǎng)分布時(shí),最大相對(duì)誤差低于4%;在預(yù)測(cè)SGMA的輸出位移時(shí),最大相對(duì)誤差低于5%。該模型有助于準(zhǔn)確刻畫SGMA的工作狀態(tài),提高SGMA的系統(tǒng)精度,并為SGMA結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the uniformity of the bias magnetic field of Giant Magnetostrictive Actuator (GMA), a stack Giant Magnetostrictive Actuator (GMA) is designed. The magnetic field distribution model of SGMA is established and the model is analyzed and studied.First of all, by analyzing the characteristics and shortcomings of the traditional magnetic bias method, the GMA is designed in the form of alternating arrangement of permanent magnet and GMM rod, and then the magnetic circuit model is combined with the Beo-Savart law.The magnetic field distribution model which can accurately describe the characteristics of SGMA magnetic field is established. Then, the influence of different parameters on the magnetic field distribution characteristics of SGMA is analyzed by using the established magnetic field distribution model, and the design method of SGMA structure is put forward.The model is verified by experiment.The results show that the maximum relative error is less than 4 when the model is used to describe the magnetic field distribution of SGMA and the maximum relative error is less than 5 when predicting the output displacement of SGMA.The model is helpful to accurately depict the working state of SGMA, improve the system precision of SGMA, and provide reference for the design of SGMA structure.
