碳包覆銅納米顆粒的比表面積和孔結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:采用直流電弧放電等離子體技術(shù)制備碳包覆銅納米顆粒,并對樣品的形貌、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、粒度、比表面積和孔結(jié)構(gòu)采用高分辨透射電子顯微鏡(HRTEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)和N_2吸-脫附等測試手段進行分析。結(jié)果表明:直流電弧等離子體技術(shù)制備的碳包覆銅納米顆粒具有典型的核殼型結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)核為面心立方的金屬銅,外殼為石墨碳層。顆粒主要呈球形或橢球形,粒度相對比較均勻,分散性良好,粒徑分布在20~100 nm范圍內(nèi),平均粒徑為50 nm,外殼碳層的厚度為10 nm。碳包覆銅納米顆粒的等溫吸附曲線屬Ⅳ型,晶粒之間的孔隙以介孔為主,樣品的BET比表面積為33 m~2/g,當量粒徑為45 nm,與TEM和XRD測得的結(jié)果基本一致。BJH吸附累積總孔孔容與BJH吸附平均孔徑分別為0.112 cm~3/g和13 nm。
[Abstract]:Carbon coated copper nanoparticles were prepared by DC arc discharge plasma technique.The specific surface area and pore structure were analyzed by means of high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and NSP _ 2 adsorption-desorption.The results show that the carbon coated copper nanoparticles prepared by DC arc plasma technology have typical core-shell structure, the core is a face centered cubic metal copper, and the shell is a graphite carbon layer.The particles are mainly spherical or ellipsoid with relatively uniform particle size and good dispersion. The particle size distribution is in the range of 20 ~ 100 nm, the average particle size is 50 nm, and the thickness of the carbon layer of the shell is 10 nm.The isothermal adsorption curve of carbon coated copper nanoparticles belongs to type 鈪,
