膨脹石墨基復(fù)合相變材料的熱穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:以膨脹石墨(EG)為載體材料,烷類(二十一烷、二十二烷)和脂肪酸類(正癸酸、硬脂酸)為相變材料,采用熔融共混法制備了不同類型膨脹石墨基復(fù)合相變材料,通過(guò)對(duì)其微觀形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)組成、熱穩(wěn)定性等表征測(cè)試,探究不同種類膨脹石墨基復(fù)合相變材料的熱穩(wěn)定性原理。結(jié)果表明,EG具有大量不同尺寸、結(jié)構(gòu)和層次的微孔結(jié)構(gòu),是由10~50μm厚的石墨片疊合成的平行塌陷片層構(gòu)成,具有良好的吸附性和穩(wěn)定性,EG通過(guò)微孔束縛、氫鍵及表面極性等作用對(duì)相變材料進(jìn)行物理吸附,使其熱穩(wěn)定性提高;隨著EG含量的增加,烷類復(fù)合相變材料的熱分解溫度逐漸升高,分解速率減慢,脂肪酸類復(fù)合相變材料分解溫度有所降低,分解速率減慢,但二者都在25~80℃間表現(xiàn)出良好的熱循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性,具有優(yōu)良的熱效率和熱穩(wěn)定性,滿足中低溫體系的溫度調(diào)控要求。
[Abstract]:Using expanded graphite (EGG) as carrier material, alkanes (21 alkanes, 22 alkanes) and fatty acids (n-sebacic acid, stearic acid) as phase change materials, different types of expanded graphite-based composite phase change materials were prepared by melt blending method.The principle of thermal stability of different kinds of expanded graphite-based composite phase change materials was investigated by means of micromorphology, structure composition, thermal stability and so on.The results show that EG has a large number of micropore structures of different sizes, structures and layers, which is composed of 1050 渭 m thick graphite lamellar parallel collapse, and has good adsorption and stability through micropore binding.The thermal stability of phase change materials was enhanced by hydrogen bonding and surface polarity, and the thermal decomposition temperature of alkane composite phase change materials increased gradually and the decomposition rate slowed down with the increase of EG content.The decomposition temperature and decomposition rate of fatty acid composite phase change materials are decreased, but both of them exhibit good thermal cycling stability at 2580 鈩,
