【摘要】：綜述了KDP晶體無磨料潮解拋光技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了KDP晶體無磨料潮解拋光原理及優(yōu)勢,詳細闡述了"油包水"型無磨料潮解拋光KDP晶體和"乙醇—水"型無磨料潮解拋光KDP晶體的研究進展,并對其前景進行了展望,提出了今后的重點研究方向。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the research status of KDP crystal without abrasive deliquescence polishing technology is reviewed, and the principle and advantages of KDP crystal without abrasive deliquescence polishing technology are introduced.In this paper, the research progress of "oil-in-water" type non-abrasive deliquescent polishing KDP crystal and "ethanol-water" type non-abrasive deliquescent polishing KDP crystal are described in detail. The prospect of polishing KDP crystal is prospected, and the key research directions in the future are put forward.
