【摘要】:本文面向材料工程領(lǐng)域,采用Visual Basic(VB)編程,建立實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法優(yōu)選軟件系統(tǒng),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)以特定目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法篩選,并通過(guò)全因子析因法的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與軟件所選設(shè)計(jì)方法的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證該軟件的有效性;本文還采取不同的數(shù)據(jù)處理方式對(duì)材料領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)典型案例進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析。本文工作旨在為材料領(lǐng)域一線的工程技術(shù)人員開發(fā)出一種便捷、實(shí)用的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法以及數(shù)據(jù)分析方法優(yōu)選工具。本文開發(fā)的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法優(yōu)選軟件涵蓋了目前最常用的三種實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,分別是完全析因設(shè)計(jì)、正交實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)以及均勻化設(shè)計(jì),用戶可以根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)康牡木唧w要求及評(píng)價(jià)范圍,通過(guò)軟件選擇出適用的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文分別采用完全析因設(shè)計(jì)和軟件推薦的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法設(shè)計(jì)SiC/Al復(fù)合材料的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變實(shí)驗(yàn),并利用SolidWorks建模和有限元分析軟件進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算,將模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,初步證實(shí)了實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)選軟件的有效性。在數(shù)據(jù)處理方法的對(duì)比與研究方面,通過(guò)實(shí)例分析,得出以下結(jié)論:回歸分析在解決線性問題上表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異,可以較為準(zhǔn)確的表達(dá)出實(shí)驗(yàn)因子與結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)的關(guān)聯(lián)性;灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法可以將實(shí)驗(yàn)因子與目標(biāo)因子之間的關(guān)聯(lián)順序進(jìn)行排序,反映出不同實(shí)驗(yàn)因子對(duì)目標(biāo)因子的影響程度;人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)于非線性的分析有較強(qiáng)的處理能力,并且非常適合擁有大量實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的高通量實(shí)驗(yàn),將成為材料基因工程中最重要的計(jì)算預(yù)測(cè)工具之一。
[Abstract]:In this paper, aiming at the field of material engineering, a software system for the optimal selection of experimental design method is established by using Visual basic programming, which realizes the selection of experimental design methods based on specific objectives.The validity of the software is verified by comparing the experimental results of the full-factor factoring method with the experimental results of the design method selected by the software.This paper also uses different data processing methods to analyze the data mining of typical cases in the field of materials.The purpose of this paper is to develop a convenient and practical experimental design method and data analysis tool for engineering technicians in the field of materials.The experimental design method optimization software developed in this paper covers the three most commonly used experimental design methods, namely, complete factoring design, orthogonal experimental design and homogenization design.According to the specific requirements and evaluation scope of the experiment purpose, the user can choose the suitable experimental design method through the software.In this paper, the stress-strain experiments of SiC/Al composites are designed by means of complete factorial design and experimental design recommended by software, and the simulation results are compared by using SolidWorks modeling and finite element analysis software.The effectiveness of the optimal selection software is preliminarily verified.In the data processing method contrast and research, through the example analysis, draws the following conclusion: regression analysis in solving the linear problem performance is excellent, can more accurately express the experimental factor and the result data correlation;Grey correlation method can sort the correlation order between experimental factors and target factors, which reflects the influence of different experimental factors on target factors, and artificial neural network has a strong ability to deal with nonlinear analysis.It is very suitable for high-throughput experiments with a large amount of experimental data and will become one of the most important computational and predictive tools in material genetic engineering.
