金屬纖維多孔材料的吸聲性能

【摘要】:采用松裝、壓制、定位3種燒結(jié)方式制備了厚度為1~30 mm的不銹鋼纖維多孔材料,采用丹麥BK公司的雙傳聲器阻抗管測(cè)試吸聲系數(shù),系統(tǒng)研究了孔隙度和絲徑對(duì)吸聲性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:在不同厚度條件下,孔隙度有著不同的最佳范圍值,如1~3 mm時(shí),孔隙度在80%~85%的范圍內(nèi),5 mm時(shí),孔隙度在85%~90%的范圍內(nèi),10~15 mm時(shí),孔隙度在90%~94%范圍內(nèi)全頻吸聲性能較好,隨著厚度的增加,這個(gè)最佳范圍值隨之增大;在厚度≤mm時(shí),材料的絲徑越細(xì),全頻吸聲性能越好;當(dāng)厚度在3~20 mm的范圍內(nèi)時(shí),隨著厚度的增加,粗絲徑樣品的吸聲性能逐漸變好,其吸聲峰值向低頻移動(dòng),并且保持著高頻處較好的吸聲性能;當(dāng)厚度220 mm時(shí),材料的絲徑越粗,全頻吸聲性能越好。
[Abstract]:Stainless steel fiber porous material with thickness of 1 ~ 30 mm was prepared by three kinds of sintering methods, such as loose fitting, pressing and positioning. The acoustic absorption coefficient was measured with the impedance tube of double microphone of BK Company of Denmark. The effects of porosity and wire diameter on the sound absorption properties are systematically studied. The results show that the optimum range of porosity is different under different thickness conditions, for example, when the porosity is 1 ~ 3 mm, the porosity is in the range of 80 ~ 85% or 5 mm. When the porosity is 10 ~ 15 mm in the range of 85 ~ 90%, the full frequency sound absorption property is better in the range of 90% and 94%, and the optimum range increases with the increase of thickness, and when the thickness 鈮,
