天然植物單寧酸交聯(lián)改性膠原膜

【摘要】:采用單寧酸對膠原膜進行改性,考察不同濃度的改性劑(0.4~1.8 g/L)對膠原膜性能的影響,通過測量其熱變性溫度、吸水率、酶解后的質(zhì)量保持率及機械強度,來表征改性前后膠原膜性能的變化,結(jié)果表明:當單寧酸濃度為1.2 g/L時,改性后膜的性能最優(yōu)。紅外光譜分析表明,單寧酸分子的酚羥基與膠原分子發(fā)生了多點氫鍵結(jié)合,并且膠原的三股螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)未被破壞;最佳濃度改性后膠原膜的熱穩(wěn)定性提高,耐酶解性能增強,機械強度增加,但吸水率卻降低,說明單寧酸作為改性劑可以有效改善膠原膜的性能。
[Abstract]:The modification of the collagen membrane of tannic acid and modifier effects of different concentration (0.4~1.8 g/L) effect on the properties of collagen membrane, water absorption by measuring the thermal denaturation temperature, quality, enzymatic hydrolysis, retention rate and mechanical strength, change, to characterize the modified collagen membrane performance results show that when the tannic acid the concentration of 1.2 g/L, the optimal performance of the modified membrane. Infrared spectroscopic analysis showed that tannic acid molecule of hydroxyl group and collagen molecules occurred with hydrogen bond, and collagen three helix structure was not damaged; improve the thermal stability of the optimal concentration of modified collagen membrane after enzymolysis resistance, and improves the performance of machinery the strength increases, but the water absorption rate decreased and that performance of tannic acid as modifier can effectively improve the collagen membrane.
