柔性聚脲殼體微膠囊相變材料的制備與表征

【摘要】:采用界面聚合法以苯乙烯馬來(lái)酸酐共聚物鈉鹽為乳化分散劑,硬脂酸丁酯為囊芯,以異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯和二乙烯三胺聚合制備了一種環(huán)保的柔性聚脲殼體微膠囊相變材料(MPCM)。SEM測(cè)試表明,所制備微膠囊顆粒呈球形分布,殼體具有良好的柔性,平均粒徑為4~8μm。MPCM的熔融溫度為29.5℃,熔融熱焓為78.6J/g,儲(chǔ)熱性能明顯,膠囊化后的結(jié)晶曲線出現(xiàn)雙放熱峰,產(chǎn)生過(guò)冷結(jié)晶的現(xiàn)象。所制備的MPCM具有較好的熱穩(wěn)定性和致密性,芯材壁材比對(duì)微膠囊的熱穩(wěn)定性有較大影響,芯材壁材比越低,致密性越好。
[Abstract]:Sodium styrene maleic anhydride copolymer was used as emulsifying dispersant and butyl stearate as capsule core by interfacial polymerization. A kind of environmental friendly polyurea shell microencapsulated phase change material (MPCM) was prepared by polymerization of isophorone diisocyanate and diethylenetriamine. The results of SEM showed that the microcapsule particles were spherical and the shell had good flexibility. The melting temperature and enthalpy of melting were 29.5 鈩,
