原子層沉積氧化鋁包覆羰基鐵粉的抗腐蝕性及吸波性能

【摘要】:為了提高羰基鐵粉的抗腐蝕能力及改善其電磁性能,以TMA和H_2O為前驅(qū)體,利用原子層沉積(ALD)方法對羰基鐵粉進(jìn)行表面包覆改性,在羰基鐵粉表面包覆不同厚度的氧化鋁。通過掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)、綜合熱分析儀(TGA)、紅外光譜(FTIR)和矢量網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀等技術(shù)手段系統(tǒng)分析了改性前后羰基鐵粉性能指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,通過ALD方法可在羰基鐵粉表面生長納米級別具有良好保型的氧化鋁薄膜,形成了極佳的羰基鐵/氧化鋁殼層結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)合材料。與原樣品相比,包覆改性后的羰基鐵粉熱穩(wěn)定性與抗腐蝕性有極大的提高,且隨著包覆厚度的增加,抗氧化能力增強(qiáng),最大抗氧化溫度可超過550℃。同時羰基鐵粉包覆氧化鋁后,其介電常數(shù)明顯減小,磁導(dǎo)率變化相對較小,改善了原羰基鐵粉的電磁參數(shù)與吸波性能。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the corrosion resistance and electromagnetic properties of iron carbonyl powder, surface coating modification of iron carbonyl powder was carried out using TMA and H 2O as precursors. The properties of carbonyl iron powder before and after modification were systematically analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), TGA, FTIR (FTIR) and vector network analyzer. Alumina thin films with good shape preservation can be grown on the surface of carbonyl iron powder by ALD method, and excellent carbonyl iron / alumina shell structure composite can be formed.
