煅燒溫度對溶膠-凝膠合成BCZT納米粉體的影響

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)固相反應(yīng)法制備粉體存在的成分偏離和引入雜質(zhì)等問題,采用溶膠-凝膠方法合成了0.5Ba(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_3-0.5(Ba_(0.7)Ca_(0.3))TiO_3(BCZT)無鉛納米粉體,主要研究了煅燒溫度對其結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌的影響。TG-DSC、XRD、SEM、TEM、FTIR等測試結(jié)果表明:在900~1100℃的溫度范圍內(nèi),溶膠-凝膠合成的BCZT粉體表現(xiàn)為單一的立方相結(jié)構(gòu);隨著煅燒溫度的升高,粉體的結(jié)晶性逐漸增強,顆粒尺寸增大;適宜的粉體煅燒溫度為900℃,與傳統(tǒng)固相反應(yīng)法相比可降低約400℃;在此煅燒溫度下得到的BCZT粉體粒徑均勻,尺寸約50~60 nm,結(jié)晶良好,成分均勻。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of composition deviation and impurity introduced in the preparation of powders by traditional solid state reaction, the lead-free nano-powders of 0.5BaOZr2TiZT were synthesized by sol-gel method. The influence of calcination temperature on the structure and morphology of BCZT powder was studied. The results of FTIR and TG-DSCO XRDX SEMX Tem IR showed that the BCZT powder synthesized by sol-gel exhibited a single cubic phase structure at 900 鈩,
