兩種方法評價管材力學性能的研究(英文)

【摘要】:通過擠壓一個缺口環(huán)或閉口環(huán)樣品來評價不同管材的彈性模量和彎曲強度。在彈性范圍內(nèi),彈性模量可由載荷—位移關系和樣品尺寸獲到;而彎曲強度則由斷裂臨界載荷決定。在本研究中,四種管材被分為兩組來研究這兩種方法的適用范圍。結果表明:缺口環(huán)適合評價剛度較大、極限應變較小的材料,而閉口環(huán)則更傾向于評價低剛度的材料。此外,三點彎曲的數(shù)據(jù)也驗證了這兩種方法的有效性、便捷性及其各自的適用范圍。
[Abstract]:The elastic modulus and flexural strength of different pipes are evaluated by extruding a sample of notched ring or closed ring. In the elastic range, the elastic modulus can be obtained by load-displacement relation and sample size. The bending strength is determined by the critical fracture load. In this study, four kinds of pipes are divided into two groups to study the scope of application of the two methods. The results show that the notched ring is suitable for evaluating materials with high stiffness and low limit strain. The closed ring is more inclined to evaluate the materials with low stiffness. In addition, the data of three point bending also verify the validity, convenience and their respective application range of the two methods.
