半固態(tài)等溫處理塊體非晶復(fù)合材料的組織結(jié)構(gòu)與性能

【摘要】:Ti基非晶合金有比較強(qiáng)的非晶形成能力和良好的力學(xué)性能,有著非常廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本課題以Ti基非晶合金為研究對象,設(shè)計了Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17塊體非晶合金成分,利用真空電弧熔煉-銅模吸鑄法制備了Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17試樣,在半固態(tài)溫度區(qū)間對Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17塊體非晶復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行了不同溫度和不同時間的半固態(tài)等溫處理實驗,利用DSC、XRD和EDS對試樣進(jìn)行表征和分析。研究了半固態(tài)等溫處理過程中微觀組織的演變規(guī)律和生長動力學(xué),以及試樣室溫壓縮性能。結(jié)論主要包括:(1)利用真空電弧熔煉-銅模吸鑄法制備的Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17試樣為非晶基本和晶體相組成的塊體非晶復(fù)合材料,且晶體相為BCC結(jié)構(gòu),主要相為β-Ti和ZrV2。在溫度在860。C,保溫時間為10mmin時,Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17試樣中的晶體陽粒子的形狀因子最大,為0.7。(2)Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17試樣在860。C保溫10分鐘內(nèi)β-Ti/ZrV2晶粒的生長指數(shù)n為2.62,在保溫10分鐘后的n為3.8;Arrhenius公式形式的β-Ti/ZrV2晶粒生長動力學(xué)模型:(3)Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17試樣在鑄態(tài)時的塑性為3.74%;在760℃半固態(tài)等溫處理3mmin后的試樣的塑性則增大到4.50%。(4)隨著保溫時間的延長,Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17試樣在半固態(tài)等溫處理過程中的組織演變過程為:非晶基體相熔化→枝晶臂合并→大塊狀組織→晶界處局部熔化分離→晶粒球化→晶體繼續(xù)生長→晶粒粗化。
[Abstract]:Ti-base amorphous alloy has strong amorphous forming ability and good mechanical properties, and has a very broad application prospect. In this paper, the Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17 bulk amorphous alloy is designed, which is based on Ti-base amorphous alloy. Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17 samples were prepared by vacuum arc melting and copper mold suction casting. The isothermal treatment of Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17 bulk amorphous composites at different temperatures and different time was carried out in the semisolid temperature range. DSC-XRD and EDS were used to characterize and analyze the samples. The evolution law and growth kinetics of microstructure during semi-solid isothermal treatment were studied. Conclusion: the Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17 sample prepared by vacuum arc melting and copper mould suction casting method is a bulk amorphous composite composed of amorphous basic and crystalline phase, and the crystal phase is BCC structure. The main phases are 尾 -Ti and ZrV2.When the temperature is 860.C and the holding time is 10mmin, the shape factor of the crystal positive particles in Ti48Zr18V12Cu5Be17 is the largest. The growth index of 尾 -Ti / ZrV2 grain was 2.62 at 860. C for 10 minutes, and the grain growth kinetics model of 尾 -TiZrV2 in the form of 3. 8 Arrhenius formula for 10 minutes was 尾 -TiZrV2. The plasticity of 尾 -TiTiZrV12 Cu5Be17 sample was 3.74 at 760 鈩,
