PLA-β-CD包合物對PLA性能的影響

【摘要】:以β-環(huán)糊精(β-cyclodextrin,β-CD)與聚乳酸(poly(lactic acid),PLA)為原料,采用溶液共沉淀法制備了聚乳酸-β-環(huán)糊精包合物(PLA-IC)。通過紅外光譜、X射線衍射和核磁共振分析了包合物的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明,PLA與β-CD的包合摩爾比為1.26∶1,證明其為部分包合。以PLA-IC包合物為助劑,通過熔融共混法制備了PLA/PLA-IC復(fù)合材料,差示掃描量熱(DSC)表明,包合物的結(jié)晶性比純聚乳酸的結(jié)晶性能更好。熱重分析表明,PLA復(fù)合材料的熱降解溫度提高。因此,PLA-IC具有成核劑的作用。
[Abstract]:尾 -cyclodextrin (尾 -CDA) and Poly (lactic acidactic acid) were used as raw materials, and 尾 -cyclodextrin (尾 -CDT) and Poly (lactic acidactic acid) (PLA) were used as raw materials. Polylactic acid-尾-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was prepared by solution coprecipitation method. The structure of the inclusion compound was analyzed by IR and NMR. The results show that the molar ratio of PLA to 尾-CD is 1.26: 1, which proves that the inclusion complex is partial inclusion. Using PLA-IC inclusion complexes as auxiliaries, PLA/PLA-IC composites were prepared by melt blending method, and the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) showed that, The crystallinity of the inclusion compound is better than that of pure polylactic acid, and the thermogravimetric analysis shows that the thermal degradation temperature of PLA composite is higher. Therefore, PLA-IC has the effect of nucleating agent.
