基于生物質(zhì)吸附效應(yīng)的石膏基多功能化復(fù)合材料制備與性能

【摘要】:采用廢棄核桃殼制備生物質(zhì)多孔活性炭(PC),利用真空吸附法將癸酸(CA)封裝于PC的孔結(jié)構(gòu)中,形成癸酸-多孔活性炭(CA-PC)。然后將CA-PC與硅藻土(Di)、石膏(Gy)進(jìn)行復(fù)合制備CA-PC/Di-Gy多功能化復(fù)合材料,并對其熱性能、濕性能以及吸附性能進(jìn)行測試。采用BET、FTIR、SEM以及DSC等技術(shù)對CA-PC/Di-Gy多功能化復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行表征,并分析其結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:以廢棄核桃殼制備的PC具有發(fā)達(dá)的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu),不僅能夠包裹CA,而且可以吸附甲醛。CA-PC/Di-Gy多功能化復(fù)合材料具有良好的調(diào)溫調(diào)濕性能與吸附率,即在32℃附近出現(xiàn)溫度平臺,在相對濕度40%~60%的平衡含濕量為0.0859~0.2310g/g,經(jīng)過4h對甲醛氣體的吸附率接近40%。
[Abstract]:Waste walnut shell was used to prepare porous activated carbon (PCN) from biomass. The capric acid (CAA) was encapsulated in the pore structure of PC by vacuum adsorption. Sebacic acid-porous activated carbon (CA-PC) was formed. Then CA-PC was combined with diatomite Dianine (Gypsum) to prepare CA-PC/Di-Gy multifunctional composite and its thermal properties were studied. The wet properties and adsorption properties of CA-PC/Di-Gy multifunctional composites were characterized by beet FTIR SEM and DSC. The results showed that the PC prepared from abandoned walnut shell had developed pore structure. The multifunctional composite can not only wrap CA-CA-PC-PC-di-Gy composite, but also have good temperature and humidity regulation performance and adsorption rate, that is, the temperature platform appears near 32 鈩,
