Nb纖維含量對(duì)TiAl-Nb復(fù)合材料沖擊性能的影響

【摘要】:為改善TiAl基合金的單向韌性,研究Nb纖維含量對(duì)TiAl基復(fù)合材料沖擊性能的影響,采用熔模精密鑄造和真空水冷銅坩堝感應(yīng)熔煉爐離心澆注工藝制備連續(xù)Nb纖維增韌TiAl-Nb復(fù)合材料,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行950℃×2h真空退火處理。用SEM、EDS觀察復(fù)合材料界面形貌與成分,用落錘沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)測(cè)試復(fù)合材料的沖擊性能。研究結(jié)果表明:Nb纖維與TiAl基體材料復(fù)合效果良好,Ti、Al、Si、Nb元素在界面層發(fā)生交互式擴(kuò)散;隨Nb含量增加復(fù)合材料的沖擊性能改善,當(dāng)Nb體積分?jǐn)?shù)為20%時(shí),沖擊韌性最好。
