【摘要】:為改善TiAl基合金的單向韌性,研究Nb纖維含量對TiAl基復合材料沖擊性能的影響,采用熔模精密鑄造和真空水冷銅坩堝感應熔煉爐離心澆注工藝制備連續(xù)Nb纖維增韌TiAl-Nb復合材料,并對其進行950℃×2h真空退火處理。用SEM、EDS觀察復合材料界面形貌與成分,用落錘沖擊試驗機測試復合材料的沖擊性能。研究結(jié)果表明:Nb纖維與TiAl基體材料復合效果良好,Ti、Al、Si、Nb元素在界面層發(fā)生交互式擴散;隨Nb含量增加復合材料的沖擊性能改善,當Nb體積分數(shù)為20%時,沖擊韌性最好。
