石墨烯對(duì)全同聚1-丁烯結(jié)晶性能的影響

【摘要】:通過溶解-絮凝法制備了全同聚1-丁烯(1-iPB)/石墨烯(GE)復(fù)合材料,采用差示掃描量熱儀研究了純1-iPB和1-iPB/GE復(fù)合材料的結(jié)晶性能,使用偏光顯微鏡觀察了其等速率降溫結(jié)晶和等溫結(jié)晶情況。結(jié)果表明:GE起到了異相成核劑的作用,GE使1-iPB的結(jié)晶溫度明顯提高,從純1-iPB的67.7℃提高到77.3℃,結(jié)晶半峰寬變窄;等速率降溫結(jié)晶時(shí),1-iPB/GE復(fù)合材料出現(xiàn)晶體的溫度高于純1-iPB,GE提高了基體的結(jié)晶溫度;85℃等溫結(jié)晶時(shí),1-iPB/GE復(fù)合材料晶體長滿整個(gè)視野的時(shí)間低于純1-iPB,結(jié)晶速率明顯比純1-iPB快,且晶粒數(shù)目多,粒徑小。
[Abstract]:The homopolymer 1-Ib BU / graphene GE composites were prepared by dissolution-flocculation method. The crystallization properties of pure 1-iPB and 1-iPB/GE composites were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The isothermal crystallization and isothermal crystallization of 1-iPB were observed by polarizing microscope.
