聚酰亞胺-二氧化鈦納米復(fù)合薄膜的熱穩(wěn)定性

【摘要】:目的探究納米顆粒對(duì)聚酰亞胺薄膜熱穩(wěn)定性的影響規(guī)律及影響機(jī)理。方法采用原位聚合法制備TiO_2含量不同的PI-TiO_2納米復(fù)合薄膜,通過(guò)差熱熱重法分析復(fù)合薄膜的熱穩(wěn)定性,觀察復(fù)合薄膜加熱后的微觀形貌,探討復(fù)合薄膜的耐熱機(jī)理。結(jié)果納米顆粒的加入提高了薄膜的熱穩(wěn)定性,PI-5% TiO_2復(fù)合薄膜失重10%和50%時(shí)的溫度分別較純PI膜提高了19.3℃和20.7℃。復(fù)合薄膜的DTA曲線峰頂溫度均高于純PI膜,PI-5% TiO_2復(fù)合薄膜峰頂溫度為637.8℃,較純PI膜提升了40.1℃。隨著TiO_2含量的增加,復(fù)合薄膜DTA曲線反應(yīng)峰峰型逐漸變窄、增高且變得尖銳,復(fù)合薄膜的導(dǎo)熱性能有所提高。結(jié)論納米顆粒阻礙了聚酰亞胺分子的熱運(yùn)動(dòng),減緩了薄膜在分解過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的空洞區(qū)域的擴(kuò)散。聚酰亞胺基體中的納米顆粒在薄膜中形成骨架結(jié)構(gòu),提高了薄膜的導(dǎo)熱性和剛性。聚酰亞胺與納米顆粒形成有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)相界面,界面層的聚酰亞胺分子具有更好的熱穩(wěn)定性,使得薄膜的反應(yīng)熱焓值增加。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of nanoparticles on the thermal stability of polyimide films. Methods PI-TiO_2 nanocomposite films with different TiO_2 content were prepared by in-situ polymerization, and the thermal stability of the composite films was analyzed by differential thermogravimetry. The microstructure of the composite films after heating was observed. Results the thermal stability of PI-5% TiO_2 composite films was increased by 10% and 50%, respectively.
