基于LM算法的粘彈性材料剪切松弛模量的擬合

【摘要】:在對粘彈性材料進行有限元計算時,需要材料的剪切松弛模量,必須對經(jīng)驗公式或實驗數(shù)據(jù)進行轉換。根據(jù)KWW經(jīng)驗公式與廣義Maxwell剪切松弛函數(shù)的對應關系,列出了求解松弛時間與剪切松弛模量的超定非線性方程組,用LM優(yōu)化算法得到了方程組的最優(yōu)解。初步討論了初值的選取方法。根據(jù)此方法得到的松弛時間與剪切松弛模量的擬合曲線的擬合度達到了0.99以上。所提出的方法也適用于用實驗數(shù)據(jù)(隨時間變化的應力應變)求解材料的剪切松弛模量。
[Abstract]:In the finite element calculation of viscoelastic materials, the shear relaxation modulus of the material is required, and the empirical formula or experimental data must be converted. According to the corresponding relation between the KWW empirical formula and the generalized Maxwell shear relaxation function, The overdetermined nonlinear equations for solving relaxation time and shear relaxation modulus are given. The optimal solution of equations is obtained by using LM optimization algorithm. The method of selecting initial value is discussed. The fitting degree of the curve between relaxation time and shear relaxation modulus obtained by this method is above 0.99. The method can also be used to calculate the shear relaxation modulus of materials using experimental data (stress and strain varying with time).
