【摘要】:采用毛細(xì)管流變儀和自制小型模具,對(duì)不同質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的短切碳纖維增強(qiáng)尼龍66(CF/PA66)復(fù)合材料顆粒進(jìn)行了熔體流動(dòng)性能分析和注塑成型工藝模擬,實(shí)現(xiàn)少量原料快速模擬CF/PA66的注塑成型工藝參數(shù)。研究表明:短切CF/PA66復(fù)合材料的熔體屬于冪律流體,熔體黏度隨溫度、壓力和CF質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)變化顯著,當(dāng)溫度和壓力升高到臨界值后熔體流變特性從假塑性區(qū)進(jìn)入牛頓區(qū);隨著CF質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的增加,CF/PA66復(fù)合材料適宜成型溫度提高。實(shí)驗(yàn)中PA66、CF質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為10wt%和20wt%的CF/PA66三種顆粒的適宜成型溫度分別為278~285℃、280~287℃、290~298℃,通過對(duì)熔體進(jìn)行Bagley壓力校正,三種顆粒適宜成型的最小注塑壓力分別為24.3MPa、29.4MPa、35.1MPa;將流變儀模擬所得參數(shù)應(yīng)用于注塑成型工藝,所得樣品的拉伸強(qiáng)度與流變儀制備的試樣非常接近,進(jìn)一步說明了毛細(xì)管流變儀模擬CF/PA66注塑成型過程的可行性和有效性,為其注塑成型工藝條件提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The melt flow behavior and injection molding process of short cut carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66 CFR / PA66 composite particles with different mass fraction were analyzed by capillary rheometer and small mould made by ourselves. The study shows that the melt of short cut CF/PA66 composites belongs to power law fluid, and the viscosity of short cut CF/PA66 composites varies significantly with temperature, pressure and CF mass fraction. When the temperature and pressure rise to the critical value, the rheological characteristics of the melt flow from the pseudoplastic zone to the Newtonian zone. With the increase of CF mass fraction, the suitable molding temperature of CFR / PA66 composites was increased. The optimum molding temperature of CF/PA66 particles with PA66% CF content of 10 wt% and 20 wt% was 278T 285 鈩,
