Er和Yb共摻雜稀土氧化物上轉(zhuǎn)換納米材料的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:上轉(zhuǎn)換納米材料具有獨(dú)特而優(yōu)越的發(fā)光性能,因而在生物成像、離子檢測(cè)、醫(yī)療診斷等諸多領(lǐng)域頗受關(guān)注,并成為發(fā)光材料的研究前沿。Yb3+和Er3+共摻雜的CeO2、La2O3理化性能穩(wěn)定、聲子能量較低,是重要的稀土氧化物上轉(zhuǎn)換材料。本文研究了3種不同結(jié)構(gòu)的Er、Yb摻雜的稀土氧化物上轉(zhuǎn)換納米材料的制備及發(fā)光性能,并探索了CeO2:Er/Yb@SiO2:RBH體系用于生物環(huán)境中銅離子的檢測(cè)的可能性。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:八面體結(jié)構(gòu)的CeO2:Er/Yb的制備和熒光性能研究。利用水熱法制備了八面體結(jié)構(gòu)的CeO2:Er/Yb,并在700 ℃,750℃和800℃下進(jìn)行煅燒。通過對(duì)不同Yb3+摻雜比例和煅燒溫度的材料進(jìn)行上轉(zhuǎn)換性能、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和表面氧物種分布的分析,研究了上述因素對(duì)上轉(zhuǎn)換熒光性能的影響,以及材料的上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光機(jī)理。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),適當(dāng)?shù)腨b3+摻雜比例、較高的煅燒溫度和較高的表面吸附氧,更加利于上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光。通過界面反應(yīng)的溶劑熱法制備CeO2:Er/Yb納米粒子,并設(shè)計(jì)Ce02:Er/Yb@SiO2:RBH體系,用于生物環(huán)境中銅離子的檢測(cè)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在Cu2+濃度0-50州的范圍內(nèi),546 nm和658nm的熒光發(fā)射峰強(qiáng)度之比,隨著Cu2+的濃度增加逐漸降低,并呈現(xiàn)良好的一次函數(shù)線性關(guān)系。以PMMA為模板,采用檸檬酸燃燒法制備了具有形貌規(guī)整的3DOM結(jié)構(gòu)的La2O3:Er/Yb納米材料。通過SEM, TEM, XRD和上轉(zhuǎn)換熒光光譜,對(duì)3DOM La2O3:Er/Yb進(jìn)行表征。發(fā)現(xiàn)在980nm的近紅外激光激發(fā)下,3DOM La2O3:Er/Yb在520-560 nm和650-675 nm之間的綠光和紅光區(qū)域產(chǎn)生上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光,紅光強(qiáng)度強(qiáng)于綠光。且熒光強(qiáng)度隨激發(fā)功率增大而增大,二者的雙對(duì)數(shù)曲線呈良好的線性關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Due to their unique and superior luminescence properties, up-conversion nanomaterials have attracted much attention in many fields, such as biological imaging, ion detection, medical diagnosis and so on, and have become the research frontier of luminescent materials. Yb _ 3 and Er3 co-doped CEO _ 2O _ 2 La _ 2O _ 3 have stable physical and chemical properties. The phonon is an important upconversion material of rare earth oxides due to its low energy. The preparation and luminescence properties of three kinds of Er-Yb doped rare-earth oxide up-conversion nanomaterials have been studied in this paper. The possibility of using CeO2:Er/Yb@SiO2:RBH system to detect copper ions in biological environment was explored.
